New (used) iPhone came with every crack & crevice covered in grit and dirt. I get it's used, but it's apparent there was no intake quality check/assurance or cleaning process- just a take in/put out. Nothing a minute of cleaning couldn't take care of, so not that big of issue to me, other than the thought that they simply took no effort to clean or inspect.
I was definitely skeptical about buying a used and also a fair condition phone. This was my first time buying from this site. I registered my number and they sent me a $20 discount code. When my phone arrived at home, it looked like a brand new phone with 2 incredibly small scratches. So far I am very pleased with my phone 14.
Very happy with my purchase of an iPhone 15 Pro from Gazelle! Phone arrived on time and in great condition despite just the “Good” condition category I bought it from per my order.
My old phone was an iPhone SE2 and this is a huge step up! Even though the battery condition is 93% maximum and had about 370 charge cycles, it still lasts for my whole work day that is phone intensive with a few hours of phone calls + many apps used throughout the day.
While I had considered buying a new 16, it didn’t make sense with what I saved on this reconditioned 15 pro that had all the features I was looking for at a great price.
I got the unlocked 256gb version and I trust it’ll provide me with years of great service.

Company won’t ship
Placed my order. Got an email a couple days later saying it would be delayed due to weather. A couple days after that I got an email that my order had shipped. I can handle that. But what’s pathetic is it hasn’t shipped. They just printed a label and never shipped it. It’s been almost two weeks and they still have yet so send it out. Save the headache and show somewhere else.

Ordered an i-phone for son in college
Ordered an i-phone for son in college. Shipping address different than billing so they canceled my 1st order. I ordered another phone with same shipping and billing so I would then need to ship it to my son after I receive it. Order was supposed to be here in 5-7 days. It has been 7 days and it hasn't left the starting point.

Worst customer service ever
Almost 2 weeks and the phone I ordered is stuck in pre-shipment status for over a week. I’ve called customer service every day the last 3 days and I’m told that nothing can be done, and I have to wait another week until gazelle can send documents to report a lost item. I can’t cancel, I can’t get a refund. I’m just stuck! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Save your time, money, and stress. order from eBay or any other service. Gazelle is garbage!

Hands down worst experience I have ever…
Hands down worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I paid extra for shipping and surprise they take 2 days to pull the phone from the shelves and 2 days to send via FedEx. So what am I paying $40 extra for? Then after 5 days the phone hadnt reached FedEx, so I called and they told me it got lost, made me fill out a lost shipment affadavit which makes NO SENSE because I didn't ship it nor did I lose it. Then they tell me it will take 2-3 days to approve a refund and 2-5 days to process the refund. What?!? 2-3 days to approve a refund for a product THEY LOST? AND GET THIS, after several hours being bounced around I finally tell them to just cancel my order. I am told a higher level supervisor will call me to discuss the timeframe. While I am waiting for a call I get an email from FedEx that says my order is on its way. Again, I am utterly confused. Apparently me cancelling my order prompted them to finally ship it out. I was then told they wouldnt process the refund until the return was scanned at the shipping company. When I finally received a call back from the supervisor they told me that was untrue and it had to reach the warehouse before a refund would be issued. He finally listened to my previous call and agreed to an exception, telling me one USPS HAD THE PHONE THEY WOULD PROCESS MY REFUND. Guess what happened when I called to tell them that USPS had possession of the phone? They told me they had to go to a higher level supervisor to approve the exception. THEY HAVE NOT DONE ONE THING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY HAVE MESSED UP AT EVERY TURN AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE $440 I PAID FOR THE PHONE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My order originally had a problem
My order originally had a problem, I found this out via an email with little information telling me there was a problem but that Gazelle was working to fulfill the order. Then I got a tracking number but it has been in pre shipment status pending package being received by usps for days now with still no update.

I ordered a phone on 1/3/25. Still hasn't been shipped. I have made 3 phone calls and received 3 different excuses. Money was taken out of my account on 1/6/25. I realize that there was a hold-up because of weather, but today is 1/14/25' I expect to have this resolved ASAP, since your website says 1-2 day delivery.

I ordered the phone on 1/4/25. It's now 1/14/25, and the tracking still reads the phone is in pre-shipment. Supposedly, it's going to be here by 1/17, but if it's received at that time, it's almost two weeks since it was ordered. For now, it's wait and see if I ever receive it!

I was not able to use the phone
I was not able to use the phone. My carrier VERIZON was not able to transfer my data. I purchased what suppose be an unlocked phone. Verizon said it was not unlocked or there was something wrong with the phone. Was very disappointed in your product.
