I have been buying phones from Gazelle for 8 years--always get what I expect. My old phone was losing touch sensitivity on the screen and this newer one is also a little flakey--but that is likely in the choice I made.

This company is just awful, I bought a product from an auction.
They never tried to contact me, I called multiple times to try to find out what was happening with my order to be told it’s in process.
I have waited over a month and still my product hasn’t shipped!
I would have to say all in all the company has some terrible business practices.
Buyer beware, I would stay away at all costs. I will never do business with him again.

The phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The phone was listed on the site as "good" condition, but looked almost new when it arrived. My family has bought several phones from Gazelle and all have been great experiences. The onlyslight negative was, the phone must have been in inventory for a while because it went through probably 10 to 12 updates when I activated it. Overall, not a big deal at all. I will continue to use Gazelle every time I need a phone.

The iPhone I ordered was in excellent condition. Looks and works great. Gazelle showed NO interest in finding the iPhone that they showed has been delivered, but in fact had not. There only response was “You have to wait 14 days before we take any action to find the phone.” They would not even call the carrier. Their customer service rates a zero.

Excellent service
As such, my experience of buying a new phone from the Gazelle website was great. On receipt of my order, the product was as described on the website with excellent warranty coverage. Unfortunately, I had to return my order as I’m not a huge fan of Android phones and has been using iPhone for the past 20 years.

I thought it was too good to be true. It's not tho
I got at iPhone 14 for my cousin and it seemed like on the sellers page that it would come with 100% battery health, but I didn't really believe it because that is extremely hard to find in the refurbished market. For example, when I've bought refurbished phones from a competitor Back Market, the battery health as been 92%, and 81% for another (81% is awful because its the minimum they will give you and you almost need to replace your battery). It seemed like Gazelle was a pretty trustworthy place though, so I decided to go for it with the guarantee that if it sucked I could return it. My cousin just got the phone and was looking at it, and as the listing said it would, it has no scratches and looks flawless. It also has the 100% battery level like I thought it couldn't!! That in itself makes this a 5 star review. But everything else about the phone is as if it was new. Everything works, and there's no pop up messages about aftermarket parts.

Absolutely rediculous
Absolutely rediculous. First of all the phone wouldn’t charge correctly. 4 hours to fully charge?? Come on now. Then the sim chip holder was way too difficult to open and close. Help return the item was so complicated. And one or two of the people I spoke with it was so difficult to understand what they were saying. I simply took the phone packaged exactly as I received it to UPS and could not return it. Come to find out I had to take it to the post office so now I have to wait until Monday to return it and that makes me angry because it will be that much longer until I get my refund I would like the phone that exact same phone if it worked correctly.
