I have been buying phones from Gazelle for 8 years--always get what I expect. My old phone was losing touch sensitivity on the screen and this newer one is also a little flakey--but that is likely in the choice I made.

This company is just awful, I bought a product from an auction.
They never tried to contact me, I called multiple times to try to find out what was happening with my order to be told it’s in pro
cess.
I have waited over a month and still my product hasn’t shipped!
I would have to say all in all the company has some terrible business practices.
Buyer beware, I would stay away at all costs. I will never do business with him again.

Very happy to save $$$ by purchasing an unlocked, refurbished iPhone SE (3rd gen) in good condition which passed Gazelle’s 30-point inspection. Ordered 3/11/25 and received 3/15/25!

The phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The phone was listed on the site as "good" condition, but looked almost new when it arrived. My family has bought several phones from Gazelle and all have been great experiences. The onlyslight negative was, the phone must have been in inventory for a while because it went through probably 10 to 12 updates when I activated it. Overall, not a big deal at all. I will continue to use Gazelle every time I need a phone.

Quick Shipping, Worth the Money

It was easy to choose a phone based on preferences. I chose the cheapest shipping option and it still arrived 2 days later. The phone is fine functionally, the outside is a bit scratched but you can't even tell with a case on.

Happy customer!!

I decided to order a used “Good” iPhone from Gazelle.com based on my son-in-law’s recommendation. I was a little anxious however due to reading some negative reviews on Reddit about folks receiving phones that could not be activated and some saying they waited a month to receive their order. So I was nervous until the phone arrived. It came within a week. To my delight, when I opened the Gazelle.com box, inside the package was a brand new looking iPhone 14 Plus! It is in EXCELLENT condition!! We also had absolutely no issues with activation!! so I would definitely do business with them again. A+++++++!!!!!

Back camera and flashlight doesn’t work.

I received my Iphone 14 a little over a week ago and the back camera and flash completely stopped working. This Iphone is refurbished so it is probably just a connection issue but still very inconvenient.

The only problem I have with the phone…

Phone arrived in very good condition. I was happy with my purchase this my third phone from you folks. Tracking was a pain in the ass. I didn't like the fact that I had to download another app and set it up just to track the phone. No easy as Walmart or Amazon.
