Customer service excuse there coming from France
I could understand if it was Ukraine I said what did you have to knit them poor service and I had to call them to get my 3.99 delivery back they wouldn’t of given me it if I hadn’t complained rubbish

I ordered some pyjamas which turned out to be too big. Consequently had to be sent back. The returns were dealt with promptly and the money was back in my account within a few days. Much appreciated.

I have no idea if the garments are good quality. I ordered 3 weeks ago. I had an email that said that they had an issue in their French warehouses and there was a delay. That was 2 days after the order was placed. Nothing since!
I still look forward to receiving my order but won't be ordering from them again.

I have shopped with laredoute for over 20years and never had a problem with anything. customer services are very efficient and helpful should you need to ring them. i have had lovely comments on garments bought and would always recommend laredoute.
