Viewing date was arranged swiftly. The agent who showed us the apartment was very professional and very helpful. The reference check process was very fast. The agency was always carrying us along throughout the entire process. I am so happy overall.

Every process with these people is drawn out. You'll be fed bits and pieces of info they could have requested from you weeks ago, and whenever I email them (or phone them as I did yesterday) I get false promises and basic/automated C + P email replies that don't even correspond to my query!!!!

Very inflexible system

Very inflexible system. Never been asked for so much information and references which made the whole process quite "painful".

First time renter friendly
