Three strikes, I've ordered 3 times from this site, for work and personal items and have had issues each time. It's a bit of a joke. Delays in picking / packing / dispatch and shipping is slow to say the least, could walk interstate to collect faster, little to no communication, I've always had to chase them for the parts / an answer, then answer is always the same automated BS, we apologies and are looking in to it blah blah blah. Then once again lucky to hear from them again unless I initiate.
Stock is not "on the shelf" or comes from multiple warehouses with different dispatch and transit times if your lucky they might mention this but don't count on it.
As a 20 year spares, warehouse and logistics veteran I would be ashamed and embarrassed to run things like these guys do.
Will stick to a couple of other spares sites that seem to make some sort of effort.

I bought alternator for prado 120. The price was very cheap compared to other suppliers. The average cost I was quoted by others was in excess of $400 but I paid to My Auto Parts $140 including delivery and it was delivered in one day.

After three orders and three misses enough is enough

Wrong part was sent

Wrong part was sent and after I called was informed that I could only email, so after three emails with my auto parts and not one response apart from we have a high rate of emails your patience is required I was forced to buy at toyota direct. Still with no refund in sight. Very disappointed in your service and will not use you again !#!#

No reply to emails -wrong parts sent

Initially I was impressed with the speed of the delivery of the items ordered -order placed on a Tuesday afternoon and arrived on a Thursday morning. However, when it came time to fit the headlight assemblies, I discovered that I had been sent 2x Left Hand Side assemblies instead of 1x LHS and 1xRHS. A closer look at the packages revealed that the part numbers on each box were different, and one of the boxes had been opened and re-sealed. I emailed info@myautoparts with an explanation and photos to prove the mistake, but haven’t heard back. That was Jan 1, 2025. I have tried sending a message on their website as well, no reply there either. I would appreciate someone contacting me as this was a Xmas present for my mum, and her car looks pretty ordinary with 1 new headlight and one that’s 22 years old.

No customer service

Placed order on the 5th of January and still no sign it has been shipped. I have tried to contact My Auto Part several times via email with no response.Order finally shipped 2 days after this review.

I don't wish to give even 1 star.
I tried to use the Web sites to look up the vehicle I need parts for. I could put the details of the vehicle in, but couldn't get any further. Having worked in the automotive industry for over 36 years.
I decided to try using the Web sites first.
Due to the fact I was unable to obtain the information about available parts for my application. I made a phone call to the NSW warehouse. The person who I was speaking to gave me the impression that I should not have being calling.
I was asked for the registration number, I gave that. I was told it didn't come up.
I then gave the make, model and year model. I was asked for the vin number. I didn't have this, as I am seeking a part for an elderly gentleman on his behalf.
Because I didn't have the vin number. I was told that I couldn't be helped.
I enquired how many options were coming up. 150 series was mentioned, I said it was that. prior to all this the person I was speaking with had said" you're not a customer" " so I can't help you "
I said that the Web sites recognised me as being a customer. " That's the Web site" was the comment made back to me.
I enquired about a reverse light for the application, and was told " we don't do reverse lights" so I thanked him for his time and ended the phone call.
I noticed there was a contact form on the Web sites. So I utilised that my name and email address was already filled in. So I put the details of my enquiry in the box provided. I put all the details of the vehicle as well as the rego number. And the part I was looking for. I am still waiting for a reply.
I have just checked my spam mailbox and there is nothing there.
It would seem that this company doesn't want to be regarded as a source, to obtain spare parts.

parts returned to warehouse in good condition no refund refundes

okay thats a good outcome, now been contacted by company and refunded. have been advised they will be poss looking into there contact confirmation system. not sure whats going on with this company. my parts arrived in good condition. sadly the front guard for my corolla was the wrong guard my mistake. re ordered the right guard and received it in good condition. returned the wrong guard to warehouse in good inspected condition was told i would receive a credit in due time.
never happened. now about $170 short. have called twice. left a ph message with credit dept. emailed twice to make contact still no reply.
