Leyla was recommended by a work colleague who had booked a holiday through Leyla in the past. I thought I would give her a call to discuss but didn’t expect to book with her. That all changed after the help, advice and her knowledge on Lapland, which convinced me I should absolutely book with her and not a big soulless organisation.
Leyla matched the price I had found elsewhere, arranged for airport parking, check in at the airport and booked our seats. All of this was done promptly and took the stress away.
Leyla recommended the area and hotel and both were exactly as described. As well as this, Leyla even messaged whilst we were away to ask if everything was ok and if she could be of any help.
Great service, quick to reply to any queries and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again or recommend to family and friends.

This was our first time using a travel agent but I’ll be doing it again.

Planning a holiday can become a second job - losing hours on internet research then worrying if what you’d read were genuine reviews - or worse, worrying that you’ve given your card details to an online scam. A travel agent makes the whole process drama-free.

Andrew was fantastic. The comfort in knowing there’s a point of contact is great. As was his communication throughout.

Through his network, we had knowledge-based advisors, giving suggestion on itineraries we would not have thought of.

All we had to do what choose and turn up to the airport - everything else is taken care of.

A bespoke holiday with zero effort - what’s not to love?

We wanted a stop over in Dubai which we were unable to arrange via a high street travel agent.
Nicola arranged it all on our behalf, within budget, taking all the stress out of researching it personally
Nicola even managed to negotiate a great upgrade to a luxury hotel at no extra cost.

Elliott was amazing! I cannot praise him enough. From my first enquiry it took less than 48 hours for him to come back to me with various proposals for our dream 3 destination holiday, all of which were carefully thought out to meet our needs. The booking process was simple and he made sure we had everything in order (travel insurance, visas etc) before the day of departure. Elliott took the stress away, checked us in for our various flights throughout the holiday and even made sure we had little welcome notes and gifts at each destination. It was a holiday of a lifetime and I can’t thank him enough! More than just a travel company, he gives your holiday a personal touch. Thank you so much!

Elliott was fantastic in helping us plan our trip to Bali. His communication was excellent throughout, always quick to respond and happy to adjust the package based on our feedback. He took the time to understand our budget and made sure we got the best possible experience without overspending. Rachel recently created and arranged an amazing holiday to Australia & New Zealand for us. The attention to detail was incredible from the moment we left until we were back in the UK, everything ....even outings & trips...were planned and booked in advance.
Rachel is very responsive to any queries, both whilst in the UK and 'Down Under' (not always easy with the time difference). There were also regular little unobtrusive 'everything ok' queries.
It was the ultimate stress free, fantastic holiday, I can't recommend Rachel highly enough and will use her again for the next adventure. Thank you 😎

Nicola Godman was fantastic from beginning to end, made all the arrangements for us no problem met all our requirements, nothing was too much to ask, available via WhatsApp any time, we had to get an earlier flight home due to family commitments and she arranged this and the transfer smoothly no problem, highly recommend her and will be using her again in 2025 for our holidays

My husband and I have just returned from a snowboarding holiday in Sauze D’Oulx Italy and had an amazing week. We booked this with Zoe Harmer who did an amazing job of sorting our hotel, flights, transfers, ski passes and ski carriage. I would like to thank Nick Lee for his professional approach to tailoring my impending Mediterranean Cruise… he made the process seamless both the consultation and booking and I could not be happier with the outcome… he arrange flights and an overnight stay ahead of my cruise with decent flight times and a 5 star hotel… my cruise includes packages which will just make it an experience… all at a very good price, below my expectations… great comms, quick to respond, paperwork all in order and Nick was always on hand to answer any questions… will definitely use Nick for my next holiday venture.. So pleased we decided to book our first cruise with the lovely Jules Turner. She’s been super helpful, from recommending which cruise ship will be the best one for our budget to where our cabin should be on board the ship. This travel agency is amazing. It was recommended by a friend. They organize holidays which require a bit more planning (flights, hotels, car rental, excursions, or a driver for Sri Lanka for example) and not only the offer is very well thought out but also excellent value compared to the prices one can get in Switzerland (we booked Reunion and Mauritius Islands). I dealt with Kate Parkyn and she was extremely helpful and open to suggestions. She sent me two different quotes with perfect online details about each stop so I could get a very good idea about what I was getting. I will definitely come back to her again. OW

Brilliant Holiday at Caves Resort in Egypt booked through Zoe Harmer. She got us a bargain price for some winter sun but made sure we still got all the things we wanted like private airport transfers. Will definitely be booking through her again.
