Have an Ooni Koda and were cooking on a Sunday afternoon. Our pizza stone cracked on us so after the cook I shot out an email to let them know and how to get another one. I was not expecting a reply since it was Sunday...2 hours later I get a simple reply looking for model and serial number. Another hour later I get an email that our item has shipped, all at no cost to us. This was one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Love our Ooni and the passion they have for their product and customers.

Unbelievably fast at responding and resolving an issue when my pizza oven suffered some damage in a storm. I was looking to buy replacement parts but Ooni supplied them free of charge. It’s rare to find this level of customer service nowadays, I have to say I was blown away by Ooni’s genuinely generous response!

I had a part that I lost that I needed for my uni oven and they sent it out to me completely free and quickly and very friendly. Just a wonderful company. I can't recommend them enough.

I got their Koda 16 as a gift along with a pizza peel. The peel handle was broken, so I emailed them to request a replacement handle. After one more exchange of emails to show the item and how it was damaged, I got a reply that a new peel was being shipped to me. And, my Koda 16 makes incredible pizza!

Ooni should teach other companies about excellent customer service! I had a part that was damaged in shipping, so I emailed customer service and had a response in less than an hour (on a WEEKEND!). When I sent the requested photo to Usamah, a new part was shipped in a matter of minutes. Super professional, efficient, and customer-focused. Rock star customer service - thank you!

I absolutely love my Karu 16!!! I can't believe how fast it can cook a pizza!! And the pizza comes out great!! Just love it.

I did have a problem with the gas burner not lighting.

At first I was just going to let it go, as it was so easy to light with a lighter (removing the fuel cover)... But I thought, what the heck... it should work as advertised.

So, I put in a service request... just to see. Well, I was blown away with the quick response from Usamah... he responded in minutes with a lot of great suggestions. Then Billy too got involved, and between them solved my problem in record time!!! They even followed up to make sure everything was working correctly!

I love the pizza oven and the service is AWESOME!

I would recommend both the pizza oven AND their customer support to anyone!

The best support I've experienced. Had a problem with the handle of the fuel lid of my Karu 12, reported it and five days later I had the replacement part. No problem. And the Karu is an excellent product, both using gas and wood.

Excellent customer service!
My husband found a used Ooni at a thrift store that was missing the door, chimney cap, etc.
Ooni's website says they will help you source the parts for this situation, so we decided to chance it.
After many emails back and forth helping me as I asked many questions, I was able to get all the parts I needed to get the oven up and running.
Our parts are still in shipment, so we haven't gotten to try it out yet. But this is an email for their employees and their wonderful help, not for their actual ovens. I will write one of those once we use it. :)
I just wanted to say that I don't think I have ever had such helpful or thoughtful customer service from any company and am excited for our purchase!

So, thank you to Eric, Alfred, Jess, Usamah, and Billy for all of your help and care! I think I got everyone in there that helped me!

I had an issue with my Ooni 16, 3 years after initial purchase. The speed in which Ooni provided a fix and shipped out free replacement parts was exceptional. This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received, expecially any other company would probably claim "wear and tear".
Thank you very much to every representative that assisted me. It gives me confidence that ooni products are made to last and not just poorly built items they expect to break to get people to buy a replacement.

We bought our oven and the stone cracked on the first use. We have heard that this is a common problem so we took precautions that did not work. We did not use water on the stone. We heated up the stove slowly by using the lowest setting for 20-30 minutes before we raised the temperature for cooking. After use we reduced the heat to the low setting and let it slowly cool for another 20-30 minutes. When we turned off the oven the stone was cracked down the middle. Very frustrating to say the least. We ordered a new stone and checked all the sites we could find to ensure this didn't happen again. We ran through the same process of slow heating to warm up evenly, cooked at higher temperature (not the highest setting on the oven), and then let it cool down again. First use and another broken stone. This is a known issue and Ooni keeps churning out the stoves with a crappy stone. Buyer beware. I'm thinking of cutting some steel to fit the stove because I don't want to have to buy a new stone every time we use it.
