This is not the first time I have turned to Poltrone e Sofà in Limassol. As an Italian, I am very familiar with the brand and the quality of its products. However, an added bonus is the excellent choice of staff, who are always friendly and helpful!

I've just bought 2 sofas and a sofabed with matching ottoman for storing bedding to go with from SCS and absolutely gutted as non of them are like showroom ones they. The ottoman sold to me for storage as I explained I didn't need a footstool as I already have one,does not open so that's a pointless piece of furniture,and my 2 3 week old leather recliner sofas have already lost the support and have squashed down like a 10 year old piece of furniture,had out SCS technician out who said he found no faults so I'm off to the ombudsman 🤬 4 grand of finance now to pay for 💩 furniture

Excellent value for money.

covers are too loose

covers are too loose, wrinkled and don't fit well. They say it is normal! The show room model was perfect! The salespeople did not tell me to expect this, as the service people now do.

Exceptional service and Beautiful sofa

I recently ordered a sofa from Poltronesofa -Limassol, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was stress-free. A big thank you to Mr Aki for his incredible support and professionalism. He was extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs, making the entire process much easier. The team clearly cares deeply about their customers and delivers exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer care!

Never buy from these owners of SCS…

Never buy from these owners of SCS -empty promises and disgraceful customer service. Will be writing full details of appalling service since October and still no sofa -broken promises, hours spent chasing and Sunderland phone lines wait 311 minutes or more every time you try and contact - please please do not buy from SCS something is very wrong!!!

Defective Product and Poor Customer Service from Poltronesofà

I purchased a sofa from Poltronesofà, and it arrived with a major defect—the legs are uneven, causing the sofa to swing unsteadily.

What’s even more frustrating is their lack of customer service. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve received no response or support to resolve the issue.

I expected much better quality and service from a brand like Poltronesofà, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I won’t be shopping here again and strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Please read the ScS Facebook group complaints group before buying there I wish I did !

I wish we never bought a sofa there as I am not sure we will ever see the sofa !

What a mess and appalling service

Delivery system is a mess and you can’t speak to anyone unless you wait for hours - hours on the phone to be told lies or excuses

Stay away from ordering from them absolutely

pricing policies

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for your excellent product and the fantastic service provided by your sales team during my recent purchase on Black Friday. However, I was disappointed to discover a pricing discrepancy referring to my previous visit to your store in early 2024.

When I initially made my purchase, I secured a deal with a discount of 30% + 5% at a net price of €1982 for the item I selected. However, I later noticed that the same item, with a 20% discount, was priced at €1968.( based on a photo i take it before during my previous visit ) I’ve found this quite disheartening, as it feels like I may have overpaid despite the initial deal.

I value your brand and hope to continue supporting your business, but this experience has left me a bit confused. I would appreciate any clarification regarding your pricing policies, as well as potential solutions you might offer for this situation.

Very good sales service

Besides finding the sofa that I was looking for in terms of comfort, looks and style, Gail was very instructive and helpful and gave me an honest opinion as to which model suited my needs. She was also very patient with me until I decided on the colour so I did not feel pressured into making a quick decision. Thank you Gail and I look forward to receiving my sofa.
