Reliable and fast backhaul network with good peering attachments.

Easy provisioning. They know their stuff.

Good communication regarding outages from upstreams etc.

We onboarded in July 2024, changing from bare metal with another provider to a VDC with Servers Australia. Their knowledge and expertise, the capabilities of the support team, quality of the infrastructure and processes have all exceeded our expectations.

WSS Media have been with Servers Australia for about 8 years. We have had continuous 5 star service without fault. All the support team are knowledgeable, efficient, patient and polite. If we ever have a problem they jump on it and resolve the situation promptly. We have never had server down time in eight years and look forward to many more years hassle free.

I have been with Servers Australia for 7 years and in that time I have has nothing but great support and service.
Whenever I have had to raise a Service Request it has been responded to promptly and resolved in an acceptable time frame.

From the sales process ( started with a single phone call with Brad) to the ordering and provisioning of new servers, the entire process has been so simple and straight forward with create communication. Any issues or additional requests have been delt with in a very timely manner

I've had servers with SA since 2011 and they have always been professional and responsive to issues and needs. In an Internet where pretty much everything is automated to the point where if something goes wrong you're stuffed, SA are one of the few good ones left.

Sold a solution that doesn’t work. Have hundreds of case files where servers Australia also say it won’t work and shouldn’t have been sold to us on that proviso. Yet now still wanting payment. Jake with very little management or care simply states must be paid.

ServersAustralia is a great company with great processes in place. The whole team is very friendly and most importantly great at what they do. Their portal is great and you can see they have put a lot of effort into building and improving it. We have been using ServersAustralia for a few years now and we have never had any issues with them. I reached out to Servers Australia support team whilst hunting down the location of a customers domain name and server ---> A typical scenario where the customer had no idea who owned what or where their most critical assets were based. [SIGH]

Whilst Servers Australia naturally couldn't provide any sensitive information, Tom, from the support team was super helpful throughout and provided plenty of advice on the next best steps to take. Having previously contacted other companies for the same requirement, the support from Servers Australia was outstanding comparatively. If this is the type of support they provide to someone who is not an actual customer, lord only knows how good their support is for paying customers.

I will be seriously considering Servers Australia when we next go to review our customers hosting partners.

Company looks great fair prices on servers however little disappointed in commitment and service level brought first server and there website states servers within 7min but I’m there dashboard states 5/45min

Facts need to be a little more clear to a end user on one part of the website you can’t say 7MIN servers then in dashboard state 5/45MIN

My server failed the install the support team advised and it’s now 8AM and still waiting

We also tried to order a second server for upgrades today and the order failed I was advised to wait for account management

Things need to be handled more better and clearly from there side

I've been in webdev game for 20 years now, dealing with many different hosting/dedicated server providers so far. I have literally never had experience like this so far. Every single person that I spoke to, from Sales to Tech support, was so polite, knowledgeable, capable, and on top of it all, showed willingness to help with my problem as if it was their own. Servers that are regularly provisioned within 30 days, they made it available to me after only 3 days, and over weekend because my business was on the line. Whenever I had doubts on what to do, which server to get and how to set infra up so that it works best for my usecase, they would form small team consisting of sales, tech support, infra managers, sysops, started conference call, and made sure I don't go without having my problem fixed. I literally don't have one single thing to complain about.
