We are in our 70s and thought it would be so expensive to get a travel insurance. We found that some questions asked by other companies were in such details that one would need to seek a doctor to answer them. We found Staysure questionnaire was direct and straightforward. We are very pleased we now have global coverage for our travel.
The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful when I called to discuss my renewal. She took the time to check my requirements and realised the cover area I required this year was different ( and much cheaper ) to last year as I wasn’t visiting certain countries. Also nice to be able to speak to someone in person quickly and easily.

I went into the site to purchase 1 policy but ended up purchasing an Annual one.
I have a couple of holidays booked this year so I opted to shop only once since there was a good discount on offer, hope I do not have to use but feel quite safe all my needs are covered.

It was very straight forward to get insurance with staysure very quick too as they email your documents straight away good value for money would reccomend them to everyone who's looking for travel insurance

Excellent product and competitive pricing. Provides confidence in the product. Only negative is that you have to complete your medical history. This is not saved so that it can be reviewed, which would save some time.

Most questions were straight forward and recorded but when I enquired about the cost of adding something there seemed to be confusion and the person I spoke to seemed determined to add the item to my policy. It was sorted but I had to make myself really clear.

The gentleman i spoke on the phone was very helpfull and very patient considering i was unsure about a few things on the medical side but he sorted it out for me well pleased with him and reasonably priced.
