We have used Staysure for a number of years and fingers crossed never had to make a claim, we are 66 and 61 respectively. When we have needed to contact them for any advice about future travel plans with a medical enquiry they have always been very polite, friendly and informative.
Staysure are not the cheapest but the quality of cover is ideal for us and it gives us the peace of mind for the cover we need when in Europe.

Unfortunately during late 2023 I was in a situation where I had to make a claim.
Thankfully I was able to speak with someone fairly quickly.
Documents and verification was required.
Once documentation was taken care of everything was handled quite promptly and satisfactorily.
As little drama as possible was achieved at a stressful and difficult time.

I have since travelled twice using Staysure with (thankfully) no reason to do anything other than have a valid policy.
Based on my experience, I’ll continue to use Staysure. 😊

The lady who dealt with me was helpful and well informed. Unfortunately she had quite a strong accent - something I constantly have difficulty with. She was unfailing patient, however, slowed her speech and appeared to be unbothered about the number of times she had to repeat phrases.
