The ordering process was quick, simple, and the customer service representative answered all questions and concerns with knowledge and advance. The packaging was nice with plenty of protection so damage could be done to the equipment, the directions and labeling was very straightforward aside from one setting which Sherwin from tech support was more than happy to help me resolve the issue and had no further issues. Sherwin was quick to respond to emails and provided exact responses and direction to correct the issue. Sherwin certainly saved the day and kept this project on time!

When calling TadiBrothers, Rose was the associate with whom I spoke. She was extremely polite and patient, and able to answer all my questions. Making such a large purchase without much knowledge of the product is nerve-wracking and having Rose to walk me through it was really helpful.

This is the 2nd camera system that I've bought from TadiBrothers, and I'm very pleased with the ease of installation, tech support and performance. If your looking for a camera system, I'd recommend calling them to explain what your using it on, they will assist you in picking the right system for your needs. I've dealt with Josan in their customer service, great person to speak. This is definitely a customer based company.
