The packaging was nice with plenty of protection so damage could be done to the equipment, the directions and labeling was very straightforward aside from one setting which Sherwin from tech support was more than happy to help me resolve the issue and had no further issues. Sherwin was quick to respond to emails and provided exact responses and direction to correct the issue. Sherwin certainly saved the day and kept this project on time!

If your looking for a camera system, I'd recommend calling them to explain what your using it on, they will assist you in picking the right system for your needs. I've dealt with Josan in their customer service, great person to speak. This is definitely a customer based company.
