The product configurator could be better, missed adding an essential part first time around and got something that was not needed. Again not deducting any stars from rating.
The D-Box motion system and motion platform work amazing with my TR8Pro and money well spent. The platform was on back order for about a month so I asked them to send the actuators separately so I could start configuring the software. It took a few correspondence to get that to happen.
Be aware that the assembly instructions for the platform only apply to the TRX and that it took some bracket modifications to get everything mounted securely for the TR8 Pro. Instructions leave a lot to be desired. The packaging of the platform parts was very minimal and therefore caused some chipping of the powder coating during shipping.
Issues aside, this is a great motion system that has transformed my sim racing.
Bought a Racing Sim, (TR80 LITE), setup for my son, received in great time, however I ordered the wrong seat. No problem, enter Aundre M, Customer Service, explained the issue and problem was resolved in under 2:30. Super nice, professional and efficient. And by the way, the racing sim is great quality, strong, sturdy and offers a real driving experience. I strongly recommend Trak Racer for your needs, they went beyond the bar for service. Your customer service response is horrible. This is the second Sim rig I have purchased from TR. Customer service has always been extremely slow.

For the price, the instructions are non-existant, not accurate, and not provided easily in the box.
The quality of your t-nuts was terrible. Just pure garbage and do not fit the extrusion accurately. (Order a SimLab kit if you want to see quality).
I did not receive the hardware/kit that was pictured on the website. When I emailed support I was told I was sent the "new version" but this version included parts from the old version and overall... was not what I expected or wanted.
Customer service did respond to my emails but the reply time was a minimum of 24h and not always useful.

Order was delayed and no communication from them. I kept getting emails it would ship within 48 hours and then nothing. Reach out and takes at least 48 hours to get a response. Then went on to tell me all these in stock products were not in stock yet refused to update their site. Would not do business with this place again. Products look great but customer support is a huge thing for business they need to get right.

I still haven’t received my full order!
According to TrackRaver, they shipped all 6 boxes of my order, but only 5 showed up on delivery. I’ve even sent TrakRacer an image pulled from fed ex’s tracking number link which clearly shows only 5 boxes were actually delivered.
It’s extremely frustrating when Ive proven that the box was not in fact delivered through fed ex’s website. Can we not prioritize the customer and get them the items they purchased? All the while, TrakRacer locates the missing product from the courier?

I ordered TR80 and didn’t receive the correct parts or bolts. I opened a trouble ticket and received no help and was told they didn’t have the parts in stock and they never followed up with a date I could obtain the missing or incorrect parts.
