I am seriously blown away at how well Sergio has handled my situation! Not only is my table from Transforming Table gorgeous and so incredible due to the various lengths you can have, the customer service went above and beyond. Because I was within warranty and I had a piece of my table that was truly damaged, Sergio has made sure I do not have to wonder or worry about being taken care of! I have been kept in the loop per each process able to send pictures to validate the damage and receive a new table with such kind regard for the inconvenience it has been. What an excellent company and employees~ they hire them with the customers in mind, because we all are customers somewhere:)

I ordered a round table in November 2024 expecting to recieve the table by Thanksgiving. Updated expecting shipping date was January 2025 but now is expecting to ship out February 2025.

I spoke to
Kane and he gave me an updated shipping/delivery time - order should arrive mid to late February. Appreciate the friendly rapport and some answers :)

Kane answered my questions about my delayed order. That is out of his control but he still managed to provide me with the most information he possibly could and an updated timeframe of when I could expect my chairs.

AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!Big scam saying shipped under 48 hours but then don’t reply to you and ghost you. Very poor customer service they took 2.5k from me and never replied

The worst!

Oh my gosh, what a huge mistake to have ordered a table from this company. Please save your money and spend it some place else. Once you buy anything from them, they will not return your calls or emails. They don't read emails, just keep sending you auto responses. You also can not anyone who can answer anything on the phone. All you get is an answering service. I'm going to dispute their charges with my credit company, because it's been a month and they haven't gotten back to me.

What an incredible company!!!

This company might be a scam

This company might be a scam. they have about $3 THOUSAND of my money they have not delivered the table. It is MONTHS overdue and they are blaming international supply chain troubles for the delays. Made in Africa or something?? Stay away!!!

5+ months later and still nothing

I saw some bad reviews regarding shipping but I figured the table was worth it. 3 months after ordering, my items had still not shipped so I reached out. I was given two complimentary, additional items as recompense, and a new shipping date (6 weeks away). That day has come and gone and still no one can tell me if or when I will receive my order. After years debating on whether or not to buy this table, I'm about to cancel the order. This is just ridiculous.

We love the transformer table

We love the transformer table. The only issue is with one of the chairs which was damaged. I reached out to customer service and also sent an email with the photographs of the damaged chair. Karen was my support agent was very helpful. She expedited my issue to the warranty department and explained, the replacement chair is now on its way to us and should arrive in the following 7-14 days. Thank you for everything.

I was promised if I ordered before a…

I was promised if I ordered before a certain date that I would receive my product before Christmas. And here I am on January 7 still no dinning room table or banquet table or chairs in sight? We missed out on all our family dinners for the New Year's and Christmas. It's just not fair to my family, and I.

Nothing delivered, no response

I placed an order on the 27th of December 2024 and I still have received no reply as to when to expect my order. The customer service is a digital agent, absolutely useless and had nothing over new years

Purchased the table bench and chairs…

Purchased the table bench and chairs August 27 with a delivery date of November 15 to the 17th. It is now January fourth and have not received one item. Customer service is nonexisting virtual agent and the customer service number is a joke. Fortunately, I had to keep going through the showroom sales person to get any type of information. We were given two free chairs for our inconvenience. We had to rent table and chairs for our holidays . New delivery date is January 11 for the table and bench chairs are still on back ordered
