They were out of stock of some items and gave 0 notice of this and didn't contact so I could change my order. This is poor for the money you are paying to not receive any option to amend or cancel.

Disappointed as you pick the sweets
Disappointed as you pick the sweets, they certainly didn’t pick the ones I ordered in the bag. Would never order again.
UPDATE. I’ve checked my email. I wrote to you on the 26th and then resent the email on the 28th. I haven’t had an email response. I’ve ordered from you before and left a positive review on here then. In mind the matter is closed, I’ll go elsewhere. Thanks x

Poor service
After looking through the reviews left by other customers I find that if someone orders via a promo placed by the company they have ridiculous waiting times for the order to arrive, as if to say because full price was not paid our order goes on hold till full paying customers orders are dealt with and prioritised. Eventually 11 days after the order went through it turned up. I was hoping after the appalling delivery times the sweets would make up for it. Shamefully not. Firstly when sealing the bag excess air was not removed, this means the bag was near swollen when it arrived so much that a push popped the bag open, this may or may not been the cause as to why the sweets tasted stale and with some stuck in clumps but am disappointed in the service and product quality. But all though it has been 11 days luckily I only paid for delivery so I didn't feel completely robbed when I disposed of the sweets due to the unsatisfactory quality. People always experience trial and error regarding businesses and products and this is one of my experiences. Hopefully this is used to improve services, delivery and quality.

As stated on the website at the time of ordering and in your confirmation email, orders placed with a Vodafone code can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. This is due to the high volume of orders placed on the day of the offer and not because we prioritised other orders.

Packaging does not fit through letter box. You would hope a company who job is to send items though the post would have this sorted.
