Lack of financial support or options available if you’re facing difficulties. Was on live chat with their support who ended my chat because they “needed to go on their lunch break. Laughable customer service. Asked for a small extension on payment and no flexibility at all. Absolutely rubbish take a line of credit elsewhere.

I am still flabagasted that Zopa have given me the chance to have a credit card. I have a very poor credit status. and, after trying ALL other credit card providers NONE apart from Zopa Gave me a "second chance" to rebuild my credit status so, THANK YOU ZOPA you are the one and only 5*

Easy to apply for a card, when card arrived the app is easy to activate it. Very helpful staff. Before you apply they tell the percentage chance that you will be successful so no mark on credit score. So far love the card
