I am writing to again formally express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding your handling of a financial matter that has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this issue over the past two months, your company has failed to take responsibility for a loss caused by your negligence. Hence you want to blame BANXA which on your website prefer that your customers must make use of them as a third party

To provide context, I initiated a transaction through BANXA, and I have provided you with clear and indisputable proof, including receipts and confirmations from BANXA, showing that the funds have been successfully distributed to your account. These documents substantiate that the payment was completed, leaving no room for doubt about the accuracy of my claims.

Despite this, my concerns have been met with delays, lack of transparency, and, most recently, an unsatisfactory excuse dismissing the matter entirely. This response is wholly unacceptable, as it not only disregards the evidence provided but also undermines the trust I placed in your company to act with integrity and accountability.

I demand that SwiftPro take immediate action to:
1. Conduct a thorough review of this case with urgency.
2. Provide a detailed explanation for the mishandling of my funds.
3. Issue a resolution, including the reimbursement of my funds, without further delay.

As a customer, I expected better from a company of your reputation. The lack of responsibility displayed in this matter reflects poorly on your commitment to your customers.

Do not waste your hard earned cash on Swiftpromining!!!!

I have come to realize the hard way that when something sounds too good to be true then its not true. I am very disappointed with this company after them bragging about how they are the most efficient and trustworthy in the cloud mining. They even went to great lengths to design a fake app to convince their victims. Please do not fall for this site like me and deposit your money there. They will withdraw it and then become silent. So many people have fallen victim to this. Its a scam created to steal from you your hard earned cash in the name of making abnormal profits. Use your common sense....If they can mine that kind of money then let them mine it for themselves....why do they need your small money to give you big money. Use your common sense and do not be like me. Do not buy any contract from them. Period. All the positive reviews you see here are fake....They are meant to entice you to lose your money.

Terrible Experience with SwiftProMining  1¤7 Avoid at All Costs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with SwiftProMining. They operate under multiple domain names (Search "SwiftProMining" in TrustPilot's search bar, and you will see multiple entries popping up), all of which ultimately point to the main domain. This raises serious concerns about their credibility and transparency.

Their service promises multiple mining plans. However, when I transferred money to upgrade my mining contract from SPM Basic -> SPM Advanced, the funds never reflected in my account, and my plan was never updated. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely unresponsive. They do not reply to chat messages, and their website's customer support email address is non-functional. Emails bounce back with an error stating, "address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

This entire experience feels like a scam. The lack of communication and failure to provide the promised services make it clear that SwiftProMining cannot be trusted. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Don't waste your hard-earned money here! I will post this review across all their profile(s) on the TrustPilot platform.

Waiting days for activation and no response from them

I want to write a good review of this company. I spoke with them before making my deposit (in crypto - Bitcoin). Then... nothing. I told them that the bad reviews on Trustpilot were true. They immediately shot back ..."No they aren’t. It is still being processed". That was days ago. I have inquired every day what the status of my account is... crickets.
So I challenge you, Geoff and Josh and whoever, answer me. Reassure me you have not stolen my Bitcoin. Don't say this is a phony review, it is very real.
I'll be glad to change this review if you respond and/or give me an update, get my account activated or give me a refund.
December 2, 2024 - No reply from them. They look like scammers to me now. Zero stars.

I have tried customer service asking for SPM to rectify this, refund my money or start mining as to my contact. Nothing

I am convinced that any positive review of this company on trustpilot.com is absolute BS. They have either paid somebody or someone within their own company that are giving themselves excellent reviews. Save yourselves the heartache and the expense of SPM.

I would personally consider it a scam like behaviour when i have been trying to get my money for weeks and they keep saying my money has to settle before they can release it back. 3 weeks into Wonderwheel and its been a whole game changer. My return on investment has been consistent.

Scammers. No refund. No service. They just take the money you send freely

Update 1 month later : no refund, money was simpley stolen. But their criminal activities are listed, all their "swift" websites are under investigations

Unresponsive UI

Unresponsive UI, sometimes the website app won't load in. I do not know if I am the only one but with my pc everything goes smoothly but when using my phone it goes crazy.

I have already reported the issue few weeks ago to the team but it hasn't been fixed yet.

I will update my review once they fix it.

All bug reports are treated with the utmost gravity. As it occurs, we have recently identified technical issues with our graphics engine, which is responsible for rendering the SPM App interface on Android platforms with a MediaTek processor.

Upon further investigation, we have determined that these are merely trivial graphical issues, such as menus that fail to load and out-of-order alignment.

However, the platform functions properly after a refresh. We recommend that you configure your automation to enable you to make automatic withdrawals without the need to enter into your account on a daily basis, as this will not impact your automation.

What are the causes of these issues?

We developed the SPM App from the ground up, utilizing our own graphical interface. This is evident when examining the majority of other platforms that employ comparable designs and interfaces. In order to effectively communicate our concept and garner attention, we elected not to pursue this option.

The issue with this is that we must customize the interface for each machine. For instance, the version that is used on an iPhone is distinct from the version that is used on an Android device. The reason for this is that the manner in which these devices interpret code varies, from the browser to the processor.

This brings us back to the MediaTek processor, a type of processor that is designed for Android phones. We are making every effort to resolve these technical issues. I will extend an invitation to you to establish automations by contacting support until the stable update for your machine is released.

They scammed me for $500 worth of ethereum.

is not answered.
Where is my money?
It is definitely
not in my Metamask account,
it is with them.
...
I've provided an email,
a phone number,
a transaction ID,
when Trust pilot asked.
No contact has been made by Swift Pro Mining. Their form of problem resolution, not acceptable.
Not recommended.

I was trying to get my money back. waiting for it for 5 months now. Nothing. They never credited my account, never returned the money. All kinds of excuses and then nothing. They scammed me for $500 worth of ethereum. Not recommended.

I wouldn’t bother giving them money!!! It’s a scam!!!

I wouldn’t bother giving them money!!!! I paid for my mining a week ago and am still waiting for my account to be credited. They have given me lots of excuses, ie our security system is still checking you out, etc. But the most frustrating part is the complete absence of communication by the customer service. They promise 24/7 service with quick response but that is far from the truth. I went over 2 days without any communication and then just got a “be patient 1¤7. Now they are threatening to ban me because of asking for help too many times.
The phone number on the website is disconnected!!!! Don’t send money!!! It’s a scam!!!
