Zara in Cramlington branch was so nice to chat too, she didn't just give me corporate jargon and sounding like she was reading off a script, she had genuine conversation with me and my girlfriend and made us laugh, such a nice person and was spurred on to buy the phone there and then because of how easy she was to talk to. Class lass, give her a raise x
A great experience with the guys in the store. really helpful, chatty and great to go see if you have any problems. helped me out when online did something wrong with my order.
Micky, the store manager, was fantastic! He made setting up my broadband quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service. Friendly, professional, and really helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I had to go into the Vodafone store in Cramlington to sort out my current phone. I had the pleasure of being served by Micky and he was excellent even though the store experienced technical issues with their new systems we managed to sort out my problem and I have to say Micky has the patience of a saint and wouldn’t give up until I left as a happy customer! Great customer service and really helpful and he deserved the 5 stars today!

Great helpful workers when I got home tho I unboxed the phone I bought and for some reason the screen was defective hopefully tomorrow when I go back I will get a new one!

Zara in Cramlington store was fantastic. So patient, professional and courteous. I can’t speak more highly of her and the wonderful staff at this store. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and certainly won’t be changing anytime soon after such brilliant, kind service.
