Max was absolutely spot on! Professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient!
Nothing was too much trouble, he had all the answers enabling me to get the perfect phone and contact. His knowledge and customer service extended my investment into Vodafone by inspiring me with confidence in brand so much I went on to purchase an iPad, additional sim and also move my broadband over to Vodafone! Excellent customer service and a credit to the Vodafone brand!
Sent in phone for repair, received email stating that phone is not covered by warranty and to call. I have called and they advised that as the camera has a hole it, I would need to pay about £650.00 to have it replaced and repaired. I told advisor that when I sent phone for repair that this phone was in an absolute pristine condition and I was returning this for a battery repair/exchange. Where did this hole in the camera come from I asked. They advised that it came to them like this. I told them I did not send it damaged in any form. Even went back to Vodafone store in Loughborough where I sent it through, the sales advisor told me that if this damage was there when I originally sent it in, he would have advised me at that moment that the phone is not covered under warranty and they would not entertain this by sending it in for repair. He clearly stated to me when he sent this phone that it was absolutely in a pristine condition. To be honest this sales advisor was absolutely brilliant from the first and second visit. I couldn’t fault him and went well out of the way to deal with my issue. If it wasn’t for this guy, I would have left Vodafone but he reassured me that this would be dealt with. I think his name was zee/zain.
Erald provided fantastic service, very patient, thorough and helpful.
Bhavin was great, really helped me with my plan. Explained it thoroughly and very knowledgable!
Very friendly, relaxed environment!
