Cityfibre via Vodafone once again…
Update 12/3/25 @3.50pm at Slough=Why are CityFibre & Vodafone hiding behind false excuses when you blatantly know the networks are down up down the country. It's 3.52pm in Slough and still down. In fact there are so many City fibre vans out doing something yet you have the audacity to reply here as if nothing has happened with your "diagnostic tool" replies when we have gone pass that as this is been happening for a week until today it's completely down.
Cityfibre via Vodafone once again Internet problems. I'm completely down. It's been like this for more than 7 days. Last 7 days very low speeds and today after midnight (12 March 2025) it's gone down to 2mb to 0mb. I work from home & signed up to Vodafone due to direct speeds thru Cityfibre unlike Virgin. This is appalling complained many times yet all I get it's being delt with. I asked a few people in my area and they complaining and a few on my street. Slough area sort it out only getting 2mb then drops to 0mb. My whole ring network is down, my solar system is down which I need to check up on it remotely. My son needs it for uni for his cyber security projects.

Safaa was a fantastic sales person. She was listening very carefully to what I wanted, took me through many different deals, and even though I was not 100% sure I wanted to upgrade and get a new contract today, because of her service I did. And because of her I am your customer for another three years.
