Potential Incidents Settings – Automatically alert people in your organization when a potential incident occurs.
Forensics & Incident Response – Linking codes are no longer required upon first login.
Allowed Senders – User reported emails from an allowed sender will be displayed in Incident Response, but links and attachments will not be scanned. Also, Automatic Remediation and Automatic Workflows will not be triggered and no Potential Incidents will be created.
Domains must be an exact match, including sub-domains, to be considered an Allowed Sender.Reports – The Incidents created report allows you to filter by policies configured in Barracuda CloudGen Access and Barracuda Email Gateway Defense.
Automated Workflows Settings – Microsoft does not support the required webhooks needed for automated notifications to Microsoft Teams in their Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments.
You may need to install the Microsoft Workflows app to receive Microsoft Teams notifications.
