Been playing mistplay for a while now. Im only a loyalty bronze player and havent got masses of units only 4000, and Ive been thoroughly enjoying it until suddenly my accounts been put on hold due to potential fraudulent activity. So Ive messaged support several times and only just had a response back but they havent exactly told me why its been put on hold and to reach out to them to unblock, which I have without any joy. Is this another app that gets you hooked playing then suspends accounts just so they dont pay out. IN RESPONSE TO MISTPLAY COMMENTS, IVE ALREADY SUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR APPEAL FOR BEING WRONGFULLY BLOCKED BUT RECEIVED NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY

We have had FreshBooks for about 6 months and I have had nothing but issues importing transactions. I have had to spend hours importing manually every time and had to call customer service about the bank connection issues on every occasion. Their answer to me today was, “this is happening only to the people with your bank.” After reading more reviews today, it is clear it is not only my bank that has the issue. I asked for compensation since the service I was paying for was not being provided and they offered me a one time $30 discount. I understand it’s something, however, they did not have a solution in sight. This has cost me nothing but time and money on the phone with them trying to rectify these issues and I only got the runaround. I stuck around hopeful they would have a solution, but finally switched to Quickbooks today as it is tax season and I don’t have any more time to waste. On top of this, FreshBooks is difficult to navigate and is not user friendly.

BE AWARE!! I processed payroll for one of our clients using QBO payroll and all the banking information was confirmed correct (even by quickbooks)One employees payroll was deposited into another employees account. This breaks all confidentiality around someone's pay and this is a very dangerous precedent

Fintable has been a massive improvement for my financial tracking, whether its budgeting, goal setting, etc. I use Airtable for everything in life, both work and play, so having pretty much all of my transactions in this system too is super powerful. Support is usually responsive and helpful in a timely manner, though I have had one instance where I had to nudge them a couple times for a response. I don't have issues often though, aside from the resycning of bank accounts - but that's more on the other tools' end than Fintables, as some of the integrators require a manual resync every 90 days.

I used Carbomine to calculate our carbon tax and make sure our carbon offset is balanced. The platform easy to use and comprehensive. One thing they need to do is to add mobile app. Dashboard is not mobile friendly.

These guys have complicated policies that make dealing with them an absolute nightmare. If youre a business needing someone to handle your transactions, Plooto is not your best choice. Extreamly beaurocratic, no real support, you need to demand from them what you want vs them doing their job. No responsability or acountability for their very critical position in a transaction. I am out thousands of $ because they have failed to help me in sorting out an accounting error. Since they are the payment processors, they are the only ones who can help but refuse to. Ending my relationship with them and choosing someone else.
