Re Aviva Dealing with Elaiza Servera on my claim on being rear ended was amazing in a car accident. What a wonderful/ professional/ person. Very good at what she does Re Victor Ekong Bad / terrible experience. This is not just coming from me but two treatment companies that I was dealing with. No understanding in how to speak and deal with people. Arrogant to no end. Lies coming from Aviva/ Victor not wanting to continue in supporting me with my accident injuries.

The response time was eternally slow. I had to wait on the phone for hours for several days,and even had to go through LinkedIn to try and reach you. Honestly, the response time is appalling!

Fantastic company if you just want them to take your money and never need to make a claim. If you need to make a claim, good luck. I’m currently in a lawsuit with them over a claim that the took from September 2020 until February 2022 to make a decision on, and I’ve been trying to advocate for my dad for a claim that he made 2 month ago without so much as acknowledgment from intact so far. We have been unable to reach his adjuster or manager, or receive a call back, despite spending hours calling around and sitting on hold. The only thing they do well is take your money, and they even do it after it is literally illegal for them to continue to do.

Finally, a review that is more proper. I do not know how they keep getting 5 stars. They have terrible customer service, not willing to price match. Nothing My insurance ran out because I had no money for Christmas so I could not pay my insurance. I went to go renew it and and now I have to pay. $30 more ecaa is willing to give it to me for only $10. More and square One is not willing to price match or work with me at all. The guy I talked to on the phone basically told me to go shop around and leave this company then
