Shipping is atrociously slow. Pancakes are legit good. The lack of customer service is concerning. Even if its holiday season there needs to be customer service. Waiting nearly 2 weeks to process the order is unacceptable. I wanted to support patriotic small businesses. Maybe Terrance should focus more on the company rather than tweeting.

I had high hopes for Cakes and Co in Stamford, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The cakes were overwhelmingly sweet, far too much sugar. On top of that, the café itself was a mess and didn’t seem clean at all. I honestly wouldn’t recommend eating there. It wasn’t just a poor experience; it felt like the place is smelly and unclean. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a cake from Magnolia, a week before my son’s birthday. I paid for FedEx special overnight shipping. On the day of his birthday it was marked to be delivered the following day. Magnolia blamed it on FedEx error. The following day, it was again delayed to the following week. I called FedEx and was told that the cake had been shipped home shipping, not special overnight. It could not even be picked up from a local FedEx, despite being perishable. This is the last time that I would trust Magnolia for a special occasion. There are no redos on birthdays. Candles can’t be added to an apology.
