Great eco-friendly packaging, low prices and great de Buyer distributor. What they could improve on is a little more transparency about the terms and conditions of their promotions (maybe a separate section that describes their promotional campaigns); but they are understanding overall.

We had a fabulous experience with Nieu. The doors are beautiful. Customer service and communication and timeliness were excellent. Our kitchen looks stunning! No one can believe our cabinets are from Ikea because the doors are so well integrated and beautiful! We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered flatware on 8/30 and when it hadn’t shipped after 2 weeks I reached out to help@scopekitchen for a status update and they never replied. So a week later I requested that my order be cancelled. No response. Then nearly a month later I get a notification that my order shipped. You also can’t track orders without downloading an app. This site is horribly run. Never again.
