Another company that does not work for its interests. Before 10 months buy Cordless Rotary tool 12v. But now the socket, which has a thread for attaching attachments, fell apart. After i contacted them,they asked to see receipt and video. After updating this information,they stop respond! After few email nothing happened. So never use again!

There YouTube videos are misleading as it shows the TS3 can engrave pens with the built in rotary, which was one of the main reasons for purchasing. You can’t engrave on pens as you can’t focus the laser that low as it needs 50mm focus to engrave. I have tried multiple times to engrave a pen with rotary in the fixed position but the laser dot is two big even with laser head lowered to lowest point. Wish I knew this before buying and throwing boxes away I would have either cancelled the order or returned it. Overall im a un-happy customer that has also dealt with there poor customers support via email and Facebook messenger. I am tempted to throw the machine in the bin and just come to turns that I have lost £420. Be warned the videos on YouTube are not what the machine can actually do they don’t even show the very basic interface screen that the actual machine comes with. Also if you do order from twotrees direct check your delivery as I was missing the accessories I purchased and now they have been shipped after chasing multiple times in two separate packages from two different countries 😡🤬

I ordered a MagSafe charger back on August 9th 2024. I’ve contacted them 3 times and reported them to shopify. Demanding a refund. No reply from from the company or shopify. Although the company has now disappeared from shopify. Total scam avoid the company at all costs

We purchased two UPG UB12150 (40658) 12V 14Ah Sealed Lead Acid Replacement Battery - The batteries we received were not working properly, so we tested them and they read at 9V and 4V, which is not what was advertised (12V). When we contacted them to return them, they said that we were past 30 days, and that they would honour the 1 year warranty but we would need to pay the shipping. The cost of shipping is almost the same price as a battery. Since they sold us faulty batteries, they should be responsible for replacing them within the warranty period without requiring us to pay shipping. To meet in the middle, we even offered to pick them up, but they said that it's against their policy. We will never use battery clerk again. Poor customer service and their batteries are garbage.

bought a li ion battery from them and they sent me a totally different product. same specs but totally different dimensions than labeled or shown in pictures. i reached out to them several times and did not get any response.

I bought this battery in the off season to use in my small popup camper. There is a 60w fridge and a small mag drive pump that runs maybe 3 minutes per day. Overall, very minimal current draw per day. I ended up buying a second battery so I could compare the performance of the two after the first battery would not retain a charge for more than a few hours. Even if I unhooked the battery and removed it from all chances of load, the battery drops to an unusable voltage within 5 hours. Clearly this battery is defective as I have one to compare it to. The new battery has no such issues. I asked Redodo customer service to return them both as I am so discouraged with Lithium after trying this defective battery. Their customer service is slow and really offers nothing but an endless flow of questions. I am almost 65 and every time I want to change the battery in my trailer or return a battery, I have to take it to a service center as I no longer have the physical ability to lift these heavy batteries. I have horrible remorse from spending almost $800 in batteries to learn all Redodo wants is your money. I will be returning the second battery to Amazon and throwing the original battery in the garbage having only the understanding that I will never purchase again from Redodo and will certainly never recommend their products to anyone. This is a buyer beware company that is pushing cut rate products. Stick with better known North American brands.

I bought the CliX complete Pack. The charging cable is of good quality and the interfece is very durable. It feels like it can be used for a long time.
