This experience is a short one, but very wholesome! We are big fans of Unstable Unicorns, however things can get heated in that game pretty quickly. Due to some differences in the rules of some editions, my group had an "argument" that we jokingly wanted to settle by writing to customer support. We got back a very detailed and heartfelt response in 2 days time which clarified everything. So we are super pleased with the game, and the customer support, they truly deserve the appreciation!

Be careful if you want to use their packs for Godot, you will have to invest way more work than is reasonable to reassign all materials, since they do not support Godot, the biggest Open Source game engine. Their support does not care and tries to get rid of you with non-answers. If you lookup videos online that say "just drop the textures in the same folder as the fbx": that may be true for some of the simpler packs, but other packs do not work at all and with lots of objects in a pack you will have to assign everything manually for multiple lods and that will take days if not weeks. If you are using Godot, do not buy here, they don't care about you or Godot. It's a pity since the packs would be really great. But Godot is not supported and their support does not care at all.

I received my carton with missing content. I have sent my issue to the team thru website. However, there is 0 customer service. Still have no idea when I can get the complete product.

The owner(s) won't even help you on Facebook. They're more likely to block you instead of help. Sorry group of "men" if you can even call them that.
