We hired Billdr as first time homeowners and renovators. Given the horror stories we had heard about working with GCs, we were encouraged by their claims of end-to-end assistance and project management. Working with Billdr was disappointing and costly. Our first project manager (we had three and all three left the company) set a bad tone by providing us with an incomplete scope of work and encouraged us to hire the GCs we ultimately went with. It turns out that the GCs they paired us with had never actually completed a project of our size. They were unreliable, dishonest and incompetent - the very qualities Billdr claimed to vet for. The premise of Billdr makes sense (my brother was an early investor!) but the reality is that the service they provided had zero positive impact and ultimately made the project more costly to us. We did not get regular written reports or effective problem-solving in the face of the numerous issues that arose. I do not recommend this company.

Leak Doctor did an amazing job detecting and fixing leaks in our home. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the restoration work was impeccable. They also identified additional issues, leading to a complete renovation of our home's exterior, including replacing stucco with fiber cement siding. The team's craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Communication was excellent, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend Leak Doctor for leak detection and renovation services! Additionally, Leak Doctor recommended improving energy efficiency by adding exterior insulation and replacing windows with triple-pane ones. We followed their advice, and this past winter, we saw a 30% reduction in our heating costs. Not only that, but our house is now incredibly quieter and virtually dust-free. Vittorio tested our home's airtightness, and our 23-year-old house scored within the energy efficiency range. Thanks to Leak Doctor, we now have a more comfortable and energy-efficient home.

Signed for a 1 year lease at the radium lodge and when we signed were told last month is free as per their promo… well it’s the last month and everyone is lying saying no that was never said. Terrible company and terrible people
