I am terribly disappointed with Dbrand. I ordered my brother a Christmas present 2nd of December, and it still hasn't arrived on 26th of December. He just got a new device recently. I wanted to get him a limited edition skin for it, but then I had to settle and buy something else. I even emailed them 15 days later to check on progress, but I received no reply at all other than the automated "we got your message". Now almost 2 weeks have passed since my inquiry as well and still nothing! Absolutely abysmal. Furthermore, I'm still receiving advertisement emails from them to buy more and "get yourself a present for Christmas", even though they literally haven't completed an order placed 22 days before Christmas.

I agree with everyone else. The company seems like a scam. After repeat emails with them, they give no information at all and do not refund the money when requested.

Customer service was very good. I made a mistake on my shipping address and they were very understanding even though it was completely my fault. Their responses were fast and they made sure I was a happy customer.

I purchased an Open Box phone and picked up from the Dundas location. Phone was in Extremely mint condition, no scratches whatsoever. The battery health was 100%. So far is working very well.

Had I found these reviews before ordering, I obviously would have avoided this company. As of 12/26/24, the website is gone. If you're like me and never received your order and/or were given an invalid USPS tracking number, don't bother with the company...dispute the charge through your credit card company. Mine took care of it immediately.

Garbage quality. My monogram scratched off in the first week, the pebbled leather doesn’t hold up. Really trash…don’t fall for the photos

Ordered 2 months ago, written like 4 emails with reply “next week we will ship it”. Never shipped. It can trigger me so much that I see their ads every day and I dont even want to count how many prople are still waiting for their order from months ago. I ordered the case as gift for christmas, so maybe next year 🙃
