I purchased an I Phone 13 for my son in April of 2023 at Best Buy. I also signed up for the Best Buy protection plan offered by Geek Squad. The plans name was 'Best Buy Protection with Physical Damage' I have paid $15.81 monthly for the past 20 months which equals $316.20 after taxes. My sons screen cracked from a fall but when he tried calling Geek Squad they told him this wasn't covered in the plan. Finally after my son's 5th attempt I took him into the store myself (Oshawa, Taunton and Harmony) Just to be told that they do cover it and we had to place the service request. They were happy to help us make the call. In addition to the money I have already paid for the insurance there would be a $300 deductible if we wanted the screen replaced! If we wanted a replacement phone The Geek Squad would send me a phone and charge my credit card full price for the burner phone while his was fixed. Only after they received it back in the same condition as they gave it to us would my card be refunded. So let's recap, $316.20 paid for insurance to this point, $300 more for the deductible and another $1000 charged as assurance to my credit card. All to fix a screen that I can get fixed for $110 at the mall. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I do however want to point out that the staff at the Best Buy were very courteous and helpful and it's because of them I will return to the store in the future. But never again will I be scammed by the Geek Squad!

Do not buy anything from this website. They never shipped my order and never answered any emails. You can find the same product for half the price on Amazon.

Boox Euro shop is a nightmare. They can't even deliver within a month, they do not let you know when there are delays, and the customer service is terrible. Not to mention, blaming the shipping company for things that Boox is obviously in charge of. Boox customer service in general has been poor in my experience, as they do not answer the questions that are being asked. It therefore takes an endless amount of back and forth to figure out simple things. You're better off just throwing your questions in any search engine.

Found site when searching for Minoxidil for men. Site was offering what appeared to be an identical item that I had bought from Amazon.ca, but is no longer available in Canada. The distinct bottle shape, colours, details were identical to the version I had bought on Amazon.ca. The price was insanely low (should have been a tip-off), but thankfully I could only buy one unit. When it finally arrived, it looked like the product that I was looking for - except twice the size! It was crazy! Then I noticed that it has NO minoxidil in it! I feel betrayed by this clear bait and switch maneuver. I had specifically searched for minoxidil, the product showed up on Ali Express for that search and the bottle looked identical to the brand that I was looking for. But it wasn't. Thankfully it cost me almost nothing, so I didn't bother returning it - but now I am concerned that Ali Express has my personal information and they are clearly a shady enterprise. Buyer beware!!!

My experience is very bad and I never do this mistake again and they are stealing your money I spend Aed 240 cash for nothing. And once you receive you don’t have option to return so it is a trap . Don’t ever try this believe me.

I agree with everyone else. The company seems like a scam. After repeat emails with them, they give no information at all and do not refund the money when requested.

Customer service was very good. I made a mistake on my shipping address and they were very understanding even though it was completely my fault. Their responses were fast and they made sure I was a happy customer.

Do not buy anything from this company! It’s junk made in China. The products are fake leather even though on the website they state they are real. Also the cases that come with the wallet don’t even fit the iPhone properly leaving an edge of the phone above the lip of the case. Tried to get a refund and they refused and super rude customer service. Now I’m stuck with a 100 dollar pice of crap that I can’t give a way for free!
