First of all, I'd like to start off this review by being completely honest. Like a few others in the comment section, I'd also subscribed for the yearly membership at Your Doctors Online mistakenly thinking I would only be charged $20 a month but was charged $240 up front instead (with no option to switch or cancel plan until next year) so initially felt quite upset and skeptical about my choice. Nonetheless, I decided to still give the app a try and here I am now. It has been about two months for me on this platform but so far my experience with it has been quite satisfactory. All the prescription slips, lab requisitions and medical leaves are offered free of cost after consultations, as part of the yearly plan and you'd only be be paying out of pocket for any medications or lab reports you agree to receive, which I find quite fair. Not to mention, the added convinience one has of having easy access to the services at any time of the day. The Customer Support Team has also been very helpful by swiftly resolving any issues that arose and was able to get back to me within minutes of making a request. What I like most about the app so far however, is the Pilot Program being offered under the yearly membership which provides the user free one-on-one virtual counseling sessions related to both Nutrition and Mental Health. As for how that went, most of the problems and symptoms I was experiencing were addressed by Nutritionist, Dr. Sarah in the first appointment itself and a diet plan was introduced right away with follow-up sessions in tow to track my progress. Mental Health Counselor, Dr. Uzma also provided me with useful techniques and strategies that can be implemented on a step-by-step basis in order to mantain a healthy mindset throughout my session with her, which I find quite practical and easy to do. Therefore, overall I'd say I'm now genuinely looking forward to see how the platform grows in the future and will be updating my review at a later time based on how things progress. This has been the most amazing experience from start to finish. It has only taken 4 days to receive my prescription for treatment. First I called Customer Support and completed the online form, next day I received my blood requisition and got the blood work done and in two days I had my consultation with a very experienced and very knowledgeable health practitioner, Abida Dhukai. I am blown away by their customer service and quality of staff. I know they will be there to support me for my treatments. This was all done virtually (I’m in Ottawa) with zero effort on my part. They are simply the best.

They took my insurance, gave me the kit, I waited weeks to get my prescription only for them to say I need to pay out of pocket and that they don’t accept medicaid.

I received the kit and was so excited to try it. I started with the smallest size and went for a walk with my dogs. It fell out! I didn't want to carry it on my walk so dropped it in a garbage can. Tried the second size today and it also fell out! When I got home it was in my underwear and let me tell you, that was one uncomfortable walk. I have the large one in right now, am not out walking but just in the house. The handle is already out. These just do not stay up for me. Not to get too personal but my vagina is very small and I am very petite. I am unable to urinate with this one in but the middle size did not work. Would love to get a refund if possible.

This product works well. It does not renew your youth, but it does improve your erections. It is easy to apply, and it is easy to keep clean. Any hair on the penile shaft will make application and removal uncomfortable and may prevent fitting the device as far down on the shaft as it should be. The hair is easily and safely removed with a safety razor in the shower.

KSW and her team are so knowledgeable, trustworthy and effective at communicating. The nutritionist Liana that I had my HTMA call with was amazing. She broke down everything, answered all my questions and had my full report ready hours later. I highly recommend the HTMA process! It gave me so much insight on what is going on inside of my body that I would have never of known without my results.
