This is a f'ing horrible company. I ordered a bottle of the mirror paint 7 months ago. 7! Then out of the blue I get an email to apologize that they should have communicated better but they had a problem with the batch that mine was supposedly coming from. I responded back and asked them when the hell I was going to get my paint and once again completely ghosted. Do not buy anything from this shit hole of a company. They will constantly send you emails to sell you new stuff that they will most likely never send you. Avoid it all costs because this is a horrible, horrible, horrible company to do business with.

The item has been in transit for 35 days and no sign of it coming. Trying to get a hold of this company and request my money back is extremely frustrating and difficult. In my opinion the whole company is a scam. No customer service whatsoever. Do not buy from them.

The pattern I purchased was for a crocheted bearded dragon. The pattern was very easy to follow and made the process so enjoyable that I started making another after I finished the first one. Every direction is clear and easy to understand even if you are new to crocheting. I will mention though, that the patterns are not designed for complete beginners. You need to go into it knowing how to chain, single crochet, and keep proper yarn tension. Overall, the bearded dragon turned out great. Using this pattern was a fun experience and I am likely to buy another pattern from here in the future.

DO NOT order from this company!!! I ordered in May and after numerous emails, attempted calls with no answer, even sent them a letter from the address on the box only to get it returned stating no such address, left my phone number as instructed—no response. They shorted me dots. $35 down the drain. This company is a scam!!!!!!!

I have been subscribing for a few months now (international customer) and have always received my orders. I love the stuff they put out. They collab with great indie artists and produce high quality stickers. I was a bit nervous to order as an international buyer because I don’t think they do order tracking, but their customer service seems responsive and like they would make things right if a parcel got lost. Takes a bit to get here but worth the wait :) I recommend

Terrible company. Ordered dies in February 2024 and they arrived but very poor quality. Company told me to send them back via an address in Seattle although the company is in China which I did. Heard nothing. Contacted them in September 2024 and they claimed the refund had failed in JULY!! No contact from them. Since then, now in November 2024 and still fighting to get my refund. They claim they have tried 3 times but refund failed and told me to contact UseePay!!! Never even heard of them and can't find a number. Fuming quite frankly! They have the goods back and they claim that they cannot refund my money even though my bank said there is no problem at the bank's end.

I am leaving a review of this company simply because they not only ignored my message on Etsy, but they also blocked me from ever contacting them for some reason. Here is the unedited message I sent them on Etsy inquiring about a pen that I wanted to purchase: "Do you ship to Thailand? Also, what is the nib size? Can I choose fine point?" As you can see, my question was not deserving of being blocked by the company for simply asking about one of their products. I was respectful and I asked a valid question as their page on Etsy was devoid of this information I requested. It is my hope that whoever the owner of Carolina Turning is that they would change their business practice and customer service to reflect their information. Here is what they have stated on their Etsy page, and honestly, I cannot take it seriously. I emphasized the last part of the information in all CAPS to denote that they welcome questions. Apparently, not from certain people I guess. "Welcome to Carolina Turnings Co., Your source for custom, handmade items. Ideas, custom orders and QUESTIONS ALWAYS WELCOME." From their reviews on Etsy, I can see that they make excellent quality pens and many people have left 5 star reviews, so it is unsettling to be treated this way as a potential customer. I don't know why I was blocked, except that maybe instead of explaining to me that they do not ship internationally they blocked me so as not to have to deal with me. That tells me that their business practice is less than honest and one I don't wish to do business with.

I had a very disappointing experience with my first order. Not only did they fail to send the full order, but they also didn’t inform me that items were out of stock. I had to chase them up for a refund, which added to the frustration. It’s poor service when customers aren’t notified about unavailable products at the time of dispatch. There are much better blank wholesalers who provide a far superior service. I won’t be ordering again and cannot recommend this company
