Went to scotiabank this morning, Sheridan Mall branch in Mississauga. After my baking, I courteously asked the teller to use a washroom (just a test to know if they have changed their policy in regards to this). The teller right away said no and told me to go to the food court area or outside the building at McDonalds for the washroom. This washroom issue has been discussed with me before by one of managers at Thomas St. branch. After very long discussion, I really thought that something will change policy wise. But nothing to this effect. I read online that the reason why banks are not required to provide washrooms is for security reason. With billions of dollars the bank makes every year, I don't see any reason not to provide security guards close to the washrooms. Certainly, banks can afford this kind of expense. My experience with Royal Bank is different. So I was fed up with this Scotiabank policy, I moved some funds to RBC branch at Winston Churchill. After my transaction, I felt the need to use the washroom. The manager himself accompanied me to the washroom. Different experience eh. Good customer servicing. I will be moving all our accounts (including my wife's) and my daughters too this coming January 2025. We don't have a lot of money but certainly would like to partronize institutions that value good caustomer servicing. BTW, we've been loyal Scotiabank customers since 1977.

Terrible exchange along with its parent company Wonderfi Technology are companies to avoid. Thousand are currently having trouble logging in, withdrawing their funds, in an extreme lack of customer service. Don't make the same mistake many of us have done, and DO NOT SIGN UP with bitbuy.

It was unfair what they did to me. They lured me into depositing more and more after my first deposit. I keep adding more believing what David was telling me when it’s time to withdraw the problem start and they keep posting me for months when I realized it seems like a game I have been used I find a way about which was fosterboon who got every penny invested back
