I ordered an embosser from Ladd and proof process was easy. The order processed and shipped quickly. When I discovered a problem with my embosser, they were responsive and worked with me efficiently to identify and then rectify the problem. So I can say that both the product and customer service were excellent.

I can not recommend them highly enough. We've had them do new window and door signs and install them for us. We got exactly what we wanted in terms of colour and layout- very important for us since we have to represent our company brand to strict standards. I found their cool proofing system where you can actually see how it will look on your building beforehand to be very helpful. Mike also went above and beyond in going back and forth with us until it was perfect. We will be ordering some banners from the in the near future and I am sure we will not be disappointed.

It always automatically connects to my phone. It automatically knows which labels are loaded. I love all the spacing, fonts and I LOVE that I can add pictures! I was able to make great quick labels with a picture and text that I used as a card on a teacher gift that turned out super cute!

The company owner MISTY YOUNG is harassing me because I've left a bad review about their products. She's sent me over 100 emails. She is absolutely crazy. Their products are deficient, smells so bad, and they will NEVER refund your order. Do yourself a favor, and NEVER order from this SCAM company.
