SCAM! Ordered this kit which is supposed to be Toronto based. Still have not received it after weeks. I am in Ontario. Emailed them twice to follow up and have not received a response. Do not waste your money. Update - Jan 23 received an email from easydna saying they could send another test kit, refund or pay $65 to have another kit sent fedex. 7-14 business days within Ontario is unreasonable. Regular mail does not take 14 business days. If you want to actually receive a kit, I would suggest another company. This has been nothing but a headache and frustrating ordeal. We are on a time constraint to receive the results of this test due to canine disease testing and this has further postponed our treatment options. If you are testing for DM, I suggest OFA in Missouri. Nowhere during ordering does it state 7-14 business days. It states “normal mail.” It does not take 14 business days to receive regular letter mail by Canada Post. I’m not even located internationally. From Canada Post: “2 business days for your local area 3 business days within your province 4 business days across Canada Up to 7 business days internationally” “EasyDNA ensures your results are ready in the shortest turnaround time without any delays, we strive to make the experience as stress free as possible.” - not true.

This is what I’ve always been searching for. I can finally understand what’s happening inside my body and what to do about it. Can’t believe I didn’t sign up sooner truly an amazing service. Realized that I needed to change my diet after this, and I’ve had so much more energy since making those changes. Thank you function!

I paid $400 for a genetic testing. I was told these results would be available online. I was never able to retrieve my results, and have spent hours of my valuable time attempting to speak with someone in customer service to have the problem fixed. Customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. I would stay far away from this company. They take your money and provide no results.

I have have been using this clinic and seeing Dr Upala, I have been seeing him for a year now for my testosterone, I had back surgery and it isn’t healing right and I was told to have my growth hormone checked, I asked Dr Upala to send lab orders but they never showed up at lab I kept asking for them with no reply finally I got a message that they have been faxing them and that the lab fax was messed up they than told me to drive in to get them that’s 160 miles round trip for me I called lab got there fax number and gave it to Dr Upala office it went right through I called the manager of the clinic to let her know what was going on no response, I got a copy of lab results and showed them to my primary and he said I was low the lowest on the scale and he referred me to Dr Upala, I went to my appointment today and he said I was normal I said no way I looked at his computer and he was showing me the testosterone lab results not the growth hormone I asked where it was and he said he didn’t know but the other showed my IGF1 which measures the insulin that manages the the growth hormone but the actual growth hormone level was at the very bottom, so he lied to lied to me because I called the manager now he won’t help me which is what doctors are supposed to do, don’t go here.

This site is legit. I thought it was a scam but it wasn't. Your order will come from the UK. Your order will take about a week to arrive to the United States, this is because of customs. You will need to sign for your package. It was all on the up and up. Packaged discreetly. Tests are not expired. Good value for the testing kits.
