Purchase a movie from them through an online marketplace. Was skeptical but could not find the Blu-Ray anywhere else. Made Purchase, Fast Ship. Movie was better than expected. I have now added their website to my bookmarks. I will be buying more movies from them! Great Job!

Great site for hard-to-find imported and limited edition Blu-rays and 4K UHDs. Top notch customer service and communication. Owner can special order some requests, and is always helpful. A nice collection of cult classics, niche, popular, and obscure titles.

Great releases, lousy shipping and customer service. I realize they put their subscribers first but multiple people I know who are not subscribers and ordered titles after me were shipped before my order. Their order was for under $40 bucks, mine was for over $150. I doubt they would have shipped when they did if I had not continuously sent messages. No apology, nothing.

They blamed me for them being cheap and packing my movies with the worst materials ever. I guess a $500 order means nothing to them. Media Mail doesn't mean send a customer their order in a cheap box, one piece of tape on top and a couple crumpled pieces of paper. Thanks for nothing!! I'll take the hit but will never buy anything again. Go to Diabolikdvd. They are superior in every way. Even Amazon is better.
