I paid 80 euro for this. Support doesn't speak proper English. I was told I would get free upgrades to the new versions. And now all of a sudden, I can't use anything. I will never use this again. At least give me my money back. They are making all of their normal stuff paid. They say I could've bought Lifetime even though they sold perpetual as lifetime. They don't even offer Lifetime. I wouldn't suggest buying it.

Planethoster can BLOCK your account for no reason, when you reach out they say ; we don't know whats happening, its not Planethoster who blocked your account (like its someone else job) BUT you should send us your ID so we can unlock your account. me asking them : ok if its not you, I can just reset my password and log in ? Them : (No clear response, and apearently I can not reset my password) if you want access to your account send us your ID !! I'm with planethoster since years, as you know its difficult to move from hosting to another, but its a necessity now.

Tiktok policy clearly states NUDITY is prohibited, yet they allow women to post videos dancing or jumping and running completely top less. ZULU PRINCESS is the worse of the posts. Everything hanging out. The videos and account was reported for NUDITY but TIKTOKs response was that they found no violation. Doesn't make any sense at all. There are disgusting porn sites for that crap, there are CHILDREN that get on TikTok. Maybe the Ban on TikTok is a good thing!

I've been dealing with terrible customer service and terrible president's office employees and agents for 18 months now. I was promised the last time that nothing would happen until January (bill wise) yet I was billed, canceled and had to do another promise to pay which means Rogers was able to charge me for late fees which they've been doing for 18 months and nobody wants to admit it apologize or fix it - this is terrible last time I asked to speak to a supervisor they ended the conversation with nothing we can do. Well I happen to know somebody who works at Jarvis and Bloor and I'll deal with them to see what they can do for me. To everyone who is reading this don't waste your time with the billing department because all they do is bully you and lie and make up stories, the president's office is a joke, all they've been able to do is say that there's nothing we can do (typical response from Rogers.) I've been a customer now for over 20 years and ever since Ted Rogers has passed it's been nothing but chaos!!
