Very poor company to deal with bought a Ferrari ladies t shirt, Santander pulled their sponsorship the same week I received the t shirt they agreed for me to send it back. It was returned on December 17th sent a few emails and heard nothing from them and no refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very slow service, it has now been over 7 full business days and I have yet to receive any update on my order. Awaiting a response from LaCordee. For a first time buyer I do not recommend this site unless you physically purchase in store.

BUYER BEWARE!! We Placed an order they did not send it had no intentions of sending the product took our money over 2 grand spoke to them they said two weeks its been over 2 years!!! Again BUYER BEWARE!!! We are a business as well, small business we work hard for our money we would never treat a customer this way its disgusting.. They could have made a lot of money with us our business is small but it is also thriving.. Do not order a thing!! They are scammers i am wondering if they are a business to begin with shame on you guys

Great company and all as expected! Do not believe bad reviews here - the team at Demon United have managed to get us our items in time to the UK (considering we only had 2 weeks before our holiday in December from the point of ordering!) We have also had an issue with one of the items (size-wise) and the refund process was easy and really smooth. I also want to say the quality of the products is AMAZING. I have recommended Demon protection products to all my snowboarder/skier friends and some of them have even purchased the gear already. If I could give anyone getting started out winter sports an advice - I would certainly insist on getting yourselves a butt protector and knee protection from Demon United! You will be so much more confident on the slopes! I guess the only 'even better if' I could state would be the frequency of email responses - but again, I am assuming the customer service team was super busy during the festive period, so definitely will not impact on my review and feelings having interacted with the team. Thanks once again for protecting our butts and enabling us to have a great time on the snow! Will always recommend your brand to my friends.

The newest skateboards are so much fun that I change them to a different pattern every day. My friend thinks I bought multiple skateboards. The customer service is also very patient and helped me with many questions.

They offer what seems like good deals, the catch is you'll never receive it and they only tell you after you order (which is considered misleading under consumer law) that they ship in 10-14 business days btw it's been 25 days for me... Their facebook and bbb pages look insane with other people saying they simply don't ship or reply to emails. Honestly seems more like a scam holding out that people forget to issue a chargeback in time so that the transaction can time out and nothing can be done.
