I bought 2 freeze dryers from Trimleaf and both times I received excellent customer service. Albert was great to work with both times. He's friendly, professional and very responsive. You can tell that they value their new and returning customers. I would highly recommend Trimleaf and would definitely buy from them again in the future.

I purchased a water machine after a very long time of saving and waiting. I was very excited for this product. When I received it, the stand came broken, and the platform was incredibly wobbly to which I reached out to customer service to inform them. The only assistance they provided was to tell me to “glue down the broken knobs and sand down the platform myself because it was free.”I have never dealt with such horrible customer service from David Trujillo (david @ thewatermachine.com). I will not be recommending this product to anyone I know, nor would be giving this company any more of my money. Do not let them treat you as they have treated me.

I bougut Air quality monitor they never sent and don't respond to emails. I had to open a complaint with Paypal. Site absolutely to avoid !!! Scammers!!!

Manual Documentation that just describes each spec. Nothing on how to enter text and getting it to save it. No videos, nothing. It tells you to download the apps from Apple Store and Play Store, error. Can't return it as I won't get my money back. My mistake for making the decision to purchased it before doing my research as I should have.

Really frustrating. I ordered 2 air filter replacement kits on sale ($69 ea., I believe) at Shopvac.ca, because I could not find them online at any of the big box stores. I was trying to finish a project at home, and with all the (potentially lead paint) sanding I would be doing, I really needed an air filter to minimize the spread of dust beyond the work area. I received my order confirmation, but there was no shipping/tracking info. After two weeks, and still no filter kits had arrived, I called the company. (It’s about an hour’s drive from my home.) When I gave my order number, the CSR on the phone quipped, “We thought there was fraud on this order.” I was thinking, ‘WTH?’ What were they going to do? Just let it sit there, and never tell me? It’s been two weeks!! Mentally shaking my head in disbelief, I confirmed my order and was told they’d ship them out right away. A week goes by and I’m very disappointed to arrive home and find ONE kit sitting on my side porch. Pretty much done with this company, I call, again, to confirm I ordered two kits. I am transferred to someone who “specializes” in online orders (?), and he sounds like a fun person to deal with. ;)(Admittedly, he sounds about as “done” as I am, except he got on the call that way, before I’d even spoken with him.) He looks at my order and, I kid you not, says, “Yeah, we thought there might be fraud on this order.” (double WTH is wrong with this company?) He confirms I ordered two kits, and suggests they may simply have been separated during shipping. The other should arrive the next day. (It did.) I received my kits three weeks after placing the order, and I no longer had enough free time in the foreseeable future to complete the project. It was another couple of months before I could tackle it. Thanks Shopvac.ca! Insult to injury? Strolling through (home improvement store), I see the exact replacement kit on the shelf, $49 regular price. FML

Was not given a shipping notification, tracking number, or any kind of information at all about my order status. After about 2 weeks, I started to call their customer service to find out the status. It took several calls and several attempts to get it actually shipped. Now it arrived and the machine has a massive dent in it. This is a $600 machine, but the company did not take any care to protect it during shipping. I would not purchase from them again and am hoping they will refund me and take this dented machine back.
