Once order was placed, I received no communication despite several requests. Scarves finally arrived—all of them had labels that were cut off!!! So does that mean they bought cheap scarves, cut off the labels so they could charge $50-$80 per item?

I was thinking about ordering the wolf ring. I am not going to because of all of the reviews. What a scam they are. They ship just enough to pacify a few people to write a good review. Reviews are almost always trustworthy.

Have zero trust in this misleading, poor quality company. Sub standard polyester sold as wool blend. International returns that you will have to pay makes it pointless returning. I tried to cancel 5 minutes after purchasing and they told me it was already dispatched! On a Sunday evening. Sent from the UK but Chinese return address.

The dresses were complete tat. Offered me 30% refund and keep items. Ended up sending back. Awaiting refund. They are called Helnen London which led me to believe they were a UK company, but they are based in China. My advice - stay clear! The quality is shocking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered 2 watches. Both were packaged terribly and one was completely smashed. Returned to France at my expense (£15) and emailed 3 times to let them know I was returning. No response and no refund. Please don’t order as their customer service is non existent and if you have to return something (which is highly likely) you have to pay the postage costs yourself.
