I was a little skeptical at my own ability to measure precisely for the cover I needed but Covers & All held my hand the whole way through with ample opportunity to revise and check. I will say they add quite a bit of room to measurements to allow for easy on/off so you don't need to be as precise as I thought! Really happy I went for a custom option!

There is a similar store thelarana. I ordered wine rack here and it never arrived. FedEx tracking stated "delivered" but to an address in California, I live in Portugal. My assumption is that Winsona and Larana are the same fake.

Don't let the ones with metal zippers go anywhere near salt water and also buy the cheaper version from Costco that has a plastic zipper. Don't rely on rinsing them off and drying them in the sun after use to protect the metal zipper either. And don't rely on any sort of support from them when they corrode in less than 12 months.

No customer service. Delay in providing bed over and above expected delivery date. Contact details for delivery misleading at best. Manager was supposed to investigate and respond. No response obvious indication of what they think of their customers. Stay clear, attract you in with cheaper prices but obviously you only get cheaper service.

This is scam.. ordered 6 chairs on 1st September.. was showing some random status till 25th September and then the website itself not working.. not showing the store not available anymore.. fraud.. don’t know what I can do to get my money back..

Bought slides in size 14 for plantar fasciitis. Good price. But then they signed me up for a monthly membership for a DIFFERENT name (I did not approve this or even ask about it). Then when the slides finally arrived, they're too small and NOT for plantar fasciitis (they're very hard and not comfortable). Waiting to hear back, but they have a "no refund" policy unless you got the wrong item. Considering the slides are a size too small (though marked correctly) I think that qualifies.

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD (CC) COMPANY FOR A FRAUDULENT CHARGE... AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS BY THE CC, THEY FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF THEM. NOBLE PANACHE (NP) SHOWED THEY WERE IN CANADA BUT TURNS OUT IT IS IN FRANCE AND IT WAS SHOWN AS "NOBLE PANACHE COURCELLES CH FRA" WHAT A COINCIDENCE THAT AFTER MY CC CONTACTED THEM , ALL OF SUDDEN MY ORDER WENT THROUGH. AND TO TOP IT ALL, NP TOLD THE CC THAT I WAS MAKING A FALSE CLAIM TO GET A PRODUCT WITHOUT PAYING THEM. HAH, IT WAS ONLY $26.97! BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, WHEN THE ITEM WAS FINALLY SHIPPED IT LEFT FRANCE AND INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE USA IT WENT THROUGH BOGOTA COLOMBIA FIRST. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORTER, I FINALLY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON OCTOBER 3 AFTER ORDERING IT ON MAY 28. ONLY ABOUT 4 1/2 MONTHS LATER !! BTW, IF YOU SEARCH FOR NP YOU WON'T FIND IT. WHAT COMES OUT NOW IS A NEW COMPANY NAME OF "LORENZOAL". THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANYS' ALWAYS CHANGE THEIR NAMES . BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!
