DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not responsive, could not provide the information that a customs broker needed to, because of their delays and lack of communication our shipment racked up over $10,000 in storage fees. They don't answer their phone and when I emailed them regarding the issue they took no responsibility. Not Trustworthy nor reliable. They are coming back trying to deny any responsibility on this. All of what I said above is true, they were not responsive, their delays cost me. The package did clear customs but they didn't provide the necessary paperwork to release the crates and I had to chase them down day off to get the release paperwork, delaying the release further and costing me additional time with my movers.

I reached out to China Product Pros to source my custom design product from China and I am so glad I did! Xiaofeng and the team are great - very knowledgeable, have lots of expertise and connections in China, and very detail-oriented. The majority of the agents out there operate on the commission basis, which makes a conflict of interest. Which is not the case for this company. They truly have your best interests in mind, including supplier reliability, quality, cost efficiency etc. Overall, great experience for anyone who is looking for a supplier in China.
