The absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had! The rug I ordered was never delivered i stead a small version was delivered and now I am teying deperately to correct the problem. No one answers or replies to emails and I am stuck with the wrong rub!!

On October26 we purchased a sofa and loveseat from Tepperman's Furniture in St. Catharine's. We were impressed with the store, the sales staff, delivery, and professionalism. I wrote a great review. However, I noticed several wrinkles and creases on the fabric on both pieces of furniture after it was delivered. I called customer service and was told I needed to file a claim including pictures. On November 14, a technician came to the house and added some additional stuffing to one back cushion and said it was a matter of time and the wrinkles would be gone. I suggested they try steaming them out, however he said they don't offer that service. Once again, I called customer service and was told by them that since it was not a manufactures' issue there was nothing that they would do. This sofa/loveseat look cheaply made and the wrinkles stand out. After some discussion with Tepperman's they offered me $30. It is very upsetting to pay thousands of dollars to have inferior quality furniture and little satisfaction. Buyer beware of Tepperman's.

Ordered an item on December 5th and I still have not received it. It’s been 21 days and my package hasn’t moved from Wuhan China. Contact with the company has been ridiculous. They won’t refund my money. I would highly recommend that no one orders from this company ever. Order at your own risk.

The sell fake prints , no provenance

I purchased 3 glass wall art prints from this company. The images on their website made the prints look more vibrant than they actually are in real life. One of the prints still looks good enough, though, only because of its solid black background. The other 2 prints look lower quality than expected. I emailed them to return 2 items and received no reply in 24 hours. I then opened a case in PayPal. They then responded to me outside of PayPal telling me there would be a 20% restocking fee. Just for any future buyers, please be aware the restocking fee is illegal and they cannot charge this, irrespective of what their terms and conditions state. They are currently doubling down on their restocking argument, but obviously they can't win as PayPal, Small Claims, Trading Standards and Citizen's Advice will all be on my side, as the law is the law. I'd give them a wide berth, they have competitors that are easier to deal with and don't try to break statutory consumer rights.
