So sad to have to write a negative first review but I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven’t received my item. Communication doesn’t seem to be their forte. I’m still waiting a week later to receive a response to my email.

Small wine cooler retro look , stopped working, emailed over 12 times, finally got automated service call, as I write this no action at all after aprox. 10 weeks. Company is to be avoided if you value your money. Products look cute but are useless when not backed up.

The worst ever customer service! They sent me a defective product with one warrantee, but it only worked 5 months. they are not responsible for defective products for a replacement /exchange or return whiten the one year manufacturer's warrantee. Will Never Come Back to this poor online retailer!

Mildred's camden, food was amazing but service was actually out of this world, we were served by Aureila who was charming, helpful and informative, taking in dietary requirements with knowledge and understanding. Visited on 8th September 2023 amd will defiantly be back and mostly because of our delightful waitress
