We dropped in to your store in order to see and touch your products, and the salesperson was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had a lovely chat with her! We found the online ordering system easy to use, and the delivery was quite professional. In fact, it arrived a day earlier than we'd hoped. The product itself is vefry well made and suits us perfec tly.

We ordered a table and bench in November- still have not received a tracking number, and if you call they have an automated message saying that it is outside business hours, no matter what time you call. You also can never reach the store. It has been over a month and a half and still nothing!

Never delivered my order but sent a delivery confirmation. Called numerous times, for two days. No answer, No call backs. No response to email/ delivery feedback survey. Website chat, redirects to auto-messages with IKEA Business team phone number. Website Autoblocked my review, which was my attempt to be contacted. Bank can't start a dispute for 15 business days. How do you just not delivery furniture.. and claim it was.

Do not buy from this company. The product was cheaply made and mid sold as they make it look like they are based in the UK but they are not. Absolute rubbish

The worst dishwasher I have ever had. Falling literally apart. It’s not 4 yrs old. Was delivered Dec 2/20. Whirlpool. Model WDT975SAHZ0. The top rack fell out loaded broke some good china Called Whirlpool in States. Told me to call Mellish in OS. Totally useless charged me 183 or so service call. Guy said he did not carry that kind of equipment. Frankly he was brain dead. Useless. Then I called another company. Deans repair. He bought a kit from Toronto tried to fix the top rack that fell out. It was the wrong part or something. Did not work So he came back. Replaced it with another repair kit. It’s worked so far. Another over 200 $. Plus numerous stuff on the inside on all racks falls off. And now tonight the handle on the left hand side of the door has fallen off. A piece of junk. Not withstanding a normal cycle takes 3. 5 hours. Totally ridiculous! I’ve had it. Will never buy Whirlpool again. It needs to go and be replaced free of charge. It’s junk.

The reviews on here cannot be real. Neither are those on the 'Judgeme' tool on their website as I tried to leave one there and it's never shown. We ordered a chair on 6th August. 14 weeks and two emails chased up, into our '12-16 week lead time', we were told they didn't even have the material we'd selected. This was only after I'd chased twice! I was then told that the material would be delivered by the end of the year... 21 weeks into our '12-16 weeks lead time'. THEN they'll have to be made and we'll be given 2 weeks notice for delivery. I've heard nothing since and it's now end of December. Will be contacting the bank to try and get our money back. Avoid avoid avoid.

On October26 we purchased a sofa and loveseat from Tepperman's Furniture in St. Catharine's. We were impressed with the store, the sales staff, delivery, and professionalism. I wrote a great review. However, I noticed several wrinkles and creases on the fabric on both pieces of furniture after it was delivered. I called customer service and was told I needed to file a claim including pictures. On November 14, a technician came to the house and added some additional stuffing to one back cushion and said it was a matter of time and the wrinkles would be gone. I suggested they try steaming them out, however he said they don't offer that service. Once again, I called customer service and was told by them that since it was not a manufactures' issue there was nothing that they would do. This sofa/loveseat look cheaply made and the wrinkles stand out. After some discussion with Tepperman's they offered me $30. It is very upsetting to pay thousands of dollars to have inferior quality furniture and little satisfaction. Buyer beware of Tepperman's.

Ordered an item on December 5th and I still have not received it. It’s been 21 days and my package hasn’t moved from Wuhan China. Contact with the company has been ridiculous. They won’t refund my money. I would highly recommend that no one orders from this company ever. Order at your own risk.

I ordered a sofa at the beginning of December and still no news at the end of March! The customer service does not reply after multiple emails or share any updates on the delivery situation. Do not buy from this site!!

Even 1 star is too much.. worst customer service.... no answer on email after 3 weaks and 2 emails sent... called them on the phone and the girl just ended the call at the middle of the discusion.. And at the store they cant help me... sorry but it will be the last time buying at Surplus Rd
