At first, I was a bit skeptical about the Spine Cracker, especially since I have some neck and shoulder discomfort too. But after using it for a few weeks, I can say it does work. My back feels more aligned, and I don't wake up with the same stiffness as before. However, it can feel a bit intense in the beginning, so I recommend starting slow and gradually increasing usage. Overall, happy with the results so far.

Klantenservice slecht Ik contacteerde de klantenservice omdat na meer dan een week mijn pakketje nog niet verzonden was. Dit is de reactie: "Keeping in mind that we ship only on business days, we would expect your order to be with you very soon!" Daar moet je het maar mee doen, geen enkele moeite om te achterhalen wat er aan de hand is. Wel lekker gecasht. natuurlijk

I had high expectations for the ELO Smart Thermotherapy System, especially since it was a Kickstarter project promising innovation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I never received the product, despite repeated attempts to contact the company. Their customer service is unresponsive and nearly impossible to reach. After multiple refund requests, I received no reply or resolution. It feels like I donated money for a product that was never delivered, and the company seems to take no responsibility for this failure. This is not what I expected from a professional business. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from or dealing with ELO Stones. Based on my experience, there’s no guarantee you’ll receive your product or get your money back.

SCAM ALERT! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I'm pretty Concrete Visionary Canada and FPInsoles.ca site is a scam. I placed an order on April 3rd, finally pulling the trigger after seeing all those IG Ads with the bowling ball on the insoles. Right after placing the order, I get an email with a 25% off code (second order placed Apr 4) and asked to cancel the first order. Strangely, I get an email from Concrete Visionary saying there's no such discount so I ask to cancel the 2nd order and keep the 1st. THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME! Concrete Visionary claims they cancelled on April 8th. They never sent me a confirmation of cancellation through Stripe (which is what they used apparently) and insisted the bank is holding the funds (the credit company was not) nor was there any refund from FP INSOLES or CONCRETE VIS. They REFUSED to send me that confirmation now and told me now to ask the credit card to charge is back. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I Want My Money Back! I ended up receiving my initial order, but did not test all 3 pairs. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, MONEY FRAUD. DON'T BUY!
