Paid extra for an order to be delivered within 2-3 business days via DHL. The order was instead despatched to arrive within a slower 3-5 days by the useless company UPS. Emailed RumbleRoller 4 times asking what the heck was going on. Still have received no reply.

Visited Shangri-La Wellness Center and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Sarah. Her expertise in massage is truly remarkable, and her table shower massage skills are second to none. I left feeling incredibly relaxed yet surprisingly invigorated. The entire experience was simply amazing.
