I bought Travis Picking in 20 Days. It is so well constructed. It's little daily steps leading to, for me, a great leap forward. Not bad for a 78 year old relatively early stages guitarist. Makes a change from strumming!

My daughter had an amazing experience at ABC Music Classes fall semester! The teachers are incredibly enthusiastic and passionate about what they do, making every lesson engaging and fun. I loved seeing how excited my daughter was after each class, running to hug the teacher!

i gave a five star review last year but my exprience has change due to the app does not work and songs are no longer available on the app. it is a shame i must write this poor review…I am hoping someone at Pianote reads this as their support staff is no help. i have pianote for a year. I have progressed well completing many courses that are very well done. the problem from the beginning is i have major problems with the app. it constantly freezes up during videos i have to reboot my ipad . the web version works perfectly but the app does not. the app and it worked for awhile. but the problems persist. songs are only available on the web version so it is tough a computer to use at the piano. the support group just apologizes. they blame users, their equipment, typical of a poorly run it department. even the instructors roll their eyes during videos when answering questions about problems with the answer contact support. its a shame because the lessons are worth the time

Mack and his team are incredibly easy to worth with! I submitted my music for the producer mentorship program and was linked up with Bruce Lowe, a Grammy winning producer and all around incredible person based in LA. We've produced one song together where he unlocked so much out of my original demo and are now in works on a second. The communication, friendliness, and quality of work by both Mack and Bruce is second to none!

I’ve been a customer for a while now, but it’s clear that their standards have plummeted recently. The customer service is frustratingly unresponsive. Beyond customer service, the platform itself feels stuck in time - at least 10 years behind the modern online course industry. The interface is clunky, the search is terrible, and there’s a shocking lack of interactive or adaptive learning tools that are now standard everywhere. At this point, the service isn't worth the subscription fee - you’d be better off investing your time and money into private lessons with a real teacher. The one-on-one attention, feedback and human connection make for a far more effective and rewarding learning experience. Save your money and look for better options elsewhere.

Igor is an incredible mentor and Piano teacher. His tutorials on the new site are in depth, easy to understand and extremely helpful for all age types/ skill levels. For me I struggle to site read fluently so the visual and auditory style of learning has really helped me learn more advanced pieces that ordinarily I would struggle to learn/ read on my own. Igor puts in so much time and hard work in to making these arrangements and breaking down such complex music and out of all the online tutorials or websites I have used, I still find his the most useful and easy to follow. Thank you so much for everything that you do !

When things gets wrong when ordering merchandise from Drumeo you are in for a horrible slow way to fix it. They do not reach out to customers, so if the purchase isn’t shipped YOU have to make contact. It first took 11 days until I reached out to them and asked about the shipping. Long story short, I answered any questions they sent, but every time it takes 3-4 days until they reply. Drumeo has become a high end club with their stars in studio, customer focus gone.
