Every single interaction I have had with this business has been superb. And I have placed many orders since 2021 (59 to be exact!). My order always arrives quickly and is well-packaged. The one time I had an issue, response was immediate and the correct sheet was sent out the same day.

In March I ordered some waterslide decal paper, payed and got the order confirmed promptly. Since then nothing - I've tried to contact them by phone and email, but no responce. Basically this is a scam where they've stolen my money Stay away

Overall great experience! Received my print in less than a week. I ordered the New York city print; it really reminds me of the time I lived there. Such a fun thing to see it on my dresser every day!

They made a box for my business. The brief was understood and the finished products was above my expectation. Communication were prompt and they amended it so many times till I was satisfied. I hardly recommend their service Thank you fir an amazing job

I wonder if bizay.ca is a real business. When I try to place an order, the software distorts my graphics. When I try contacting Customer Support, the support ticket doesn't seem to go through. I click "Submit" and nothing happens. I have tried multiple times. I have also searched for a support email address and there doesn't seem to be one. I have also searched for a support phone number and there doesn't seem to be one.

The product received was fine but the service was unacceptable. I was brushed off, ignored and lied to. I ordered late January after being told the turn around was 2 weeks. In mid February I was told it was being worked on and would ship next week. Start of March I was told it was drying and would ship next week. Mid March I was told it had shipped and they would send me the tracking number. Then they stopped replying to my messages wondering where it was. Start of April I said if I didn't receive within a week I would assume they were running a fraudulent business and act accordingly. After that it suddenly arrived but they still never replied to me. I would never recommend anyone to shop there.
